We have been shopping here for a long time. Customer service has been so so and selections have been hit or miss. Today the salmon selection was really great and Chitra was fantastic. She was so thoughtful and put our blueberries and grapes into a plastic bag in case the box/bag opens . She put things gently into the cart
We have had many experiences with cashiers, being very careless with our produce, etc.

Staff is fantastic and it’s always an in and out experience shopping. They have just enough variety but the produce is always a day from going bad.

Prices are great and so far the Bowl & Basket brand products have been good. Best of all is the employees. Every and I mean every employee that I have had dealings with has been the nicest and most helpful person.

The alleged front end supervisor was rude, when my husband told him that we were switching registers and we understood we can't use two forms of payment and he didn't clear it out. He got argumentive with me and when I asked for a manager he kept delaying it. It took me 3 times to get me a manager to relay the problem.

found a variety of mexican products i haven't found in other places (ex. sodas, ramen flavors) pretty cheap in comparison to other grocery stores

It has really improved since my last visit. The store is well lit, and the opened up floor plan made it easy to get in and out. The prices are great.
