Stopped by after speaking with them about a simple clasp repair. Was told I'd be in and out same day service. Instead they tried making purchase parts I didn't need, then refused to repair it when I wouldn't purchase the extra parts. Also told it would have taken 2 days for the repair. Not in and out. Very rude & grumpy gentleman.

Went to get my ring resized the Owners are very nice said it would be done within a week few hours later they're done resizing my ring and cleaning.

We went to get my boyfriend’s ring resized. They did an amazing job for a very low price of $35. Brett offered to get it done in one day since it would’ve taken about a week. We had no problem with waiting the week and it was done beautifully in that time frame. Pure Silver is the only place we will be going to for our jewelry care.

Brett at Pure Silver is a "golden" genius. He beautifully and meticulously soldered 8 charms I've been collecting for several years, onto my gold charm bracelet. The most difficult was soldering a bale onto a real 14kt gold thimble (an homage to my tailor grandmother) and then attaching it to the bracelet. He was very kind and patient with me and understood how sentimental I was about each charm's story. Lovely man. Lovely experience. Highly, highly recommend!

I came in with my gold wedding band to have resized. Not only did I receive the absolute best customer service from Brett and Karen, but they were able to resize my ring in only 1 day! They do all the work on site by themselves, there is simply no reason to give your business to a corporate jeweler like Kay when Pure Silver beats them in every aspect. Don’t think twice, come here for your jewelry needs!
