Needed blood drawn, set up an appointment online, checked in electronically and waited less than 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled, painless insertion and over quickly. Completely satisfied.

No issues w blood draw station n its' personnel!! It's about QUEST LONG DELAY IN STARTING TO GET ANY OF MY BLOOD RESULTS. 4 DAYS I WAITED FOR SOME RESULTS & they have just started to trickle in. UNACCEPTABLE!!
