The self checkin process is a joke. Not user-friendly. Long line because everyone is having trouble checking in. The first girl who tried to draw my blood couldn't after using both arms.I told her im on blood thinners, and she did even put a bandaid on me. Sent back into the waiting as im wiping blood in front of people that are waiting. The second lady was able to draw. Everytine i go to this place its a nightmare!

I had an appointment for 9:30 AM. At 10:30 AM I still hadn't been called. They erased my name from the list and skipped over me. The entire packed waiting room verified that no one had called me. They finally got me on after I complained. I wasn't through until almost 11:00 AM.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT DON'T GO HERE. YOUR APPOINTMENT AND CHECK IN MEANS NOTHING. TERRIBLE!!!!!

I was one minute late to checking in and my appointment was cancelled. Yet, the next day I sat for 20 minutes waiting to get in for my appointment. Really!!

State of the art remodel to a location that was more visible but now is tucked away next to Big Lots so they barely moved. You have to look close to see they are still there. Be sure to make an online appointment so you don't have to wait.

Today is the third time I've made an appointment at Quest and when I get there the code doesn't work or my appointment is not in the computer. I have to fast for my blood draws, and when I arrive, I'm told "the next opening is in 2-3 hours. Today, a walk-in arrived, and they took him in right then. These places are really messed up. My doctors want the blood work, but it seems I can't get it done at Quest. Around here no one else does it anymore. I wish I could post a negative star.

So bad experience, lady had bad attitude.She asked me for a code, I didn't know what code she talking about. I asked her, with the attitude she said, she doesn't know. Overall bad service, nothing professional.

You don't need to waist time scheduling an appointment in this location because you will waist more then enough while waiting for age even after checked in. Also if you ask question very nicely the phlebotomists answer so rude and arrogantly. You ll be leaving upset

Not a good experience. My appointment was for 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:20 where there were eight people ahead of me and a total of 18 people in the waiting room. Three of us had 8:30 appointments. Since the arms of the chairs were touching no social distancing was possible. Many of us stood but as more people came in the check in area became blocked. The size of the waiting room was half of what it should have been considering the number of people waiting because of the backlog. Fortunately most people were wearing masks. Unfortunately we had to use a touch pad to sign in. Appalling since we’re on the heels of a pandemic! In the hour that I spent there I was the only person to use the purell before and after use. There were patients waiting from the VA who were, at two different times brought in before people who were already waiting. I don’t have a problem with our veterans getting preferential treatment but there wasn’t adequate staff to prevent their causing a delay and backlog for everyone else. The large information screen suggested using the ap and waiting in your car. It was 34 degrees this morning. No thank you. It also boasted about the socially distant seating in the waiting room. Not accurate. I was finally seen 40 minutes after my appointment time. Why have appointments?! Thankfully the technician was very pleasant. However there was no place to hang my winter coat or put my purse. Both were stacked on my lap barely fitting underneath the swing arm of the chair where I needed to rest my arm. I resent quest having a monopoly in my town. Shame on Hartford Healthcare for requiring patients to frequent quest and only quest. So, we have no choice but to tolerate this blatant disregard for patients. There are only two locations in a town of about 36,000 people. There should be at least two more locations with significantly more staff. I will never recommend quest to anyone and if there’s another option for blood drawing anywhere within 30 miles I will gladly go there. My time is valuable too.

I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who drew blood for my 9 year old son. It was today at 10 this morning. He had a black earring and was an angel. Patient and incredibly kind to my son. I will forever be grateful for him. Quest diagnostics should seek him out, give him a raise and make him the example for training and on boarding. Excellent!

Wait time is outrageous even with an appointment. Name was called about 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Seemed as though the employee did not quite know how to approach the requisition forms or testing that I required which also created a sense of uneasiness and unreliability. Employee was not very personable. Overall, the visit here was exhausting.

Horrific wait time. Inconsiderate staff. Waited over 45 minutes for my SCHEDULED appointment and ended up just leaving. My lunch break is only so long!

If you want to waste your time this is the place to go, I was a walk in , put my info into the kiosk it said 1140 would be the draw time l left at 1220 it is now 110 and I still haven't heard anything. I will never set foot in a quest establishment again .
