THIS PLACE IS A BIG SCAM. THEY JUST SCAMMED ME WITH A 1200 DOLLARS ENGINE FOR A SUBARU. THEY WASTED ALL MY TIME BY SAYING THEY ARE REPLACING THE ENGINE THEY SOLD ME AND BLOW UP NOT EVEN A DAY AFTER WE PUT IT IN THE CAR.AND THEY ARE TRYING TO BLAME IT ON US SO THEY DONT REPLACE THE ENGINE. THEIR WARRANTY IS A BIG JOKE. AM REPORTING THIS PLACE TO EVERY AGENCY OUT THERE. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

A business is not necessarily judged by its products but by its people;the employees and its owners.I recently placed an order for an engine through a gentleman named "T" who was both extremely knowledgeable,pleasant.and prompt to deal with;highly recommend.I needed the engine delivered immediately and the owner Rick secured a driver on a friday afternoon and got it delivered same day when original delivery was scheduled for 3 days later.This kind of concern and attitude for satisfactory customer service is relatively difficult to experience in todays business climate BUT Ricks Auto Parts exemplifys all of the positive!!!!
