If you are looking for a simple trim and want to retain length, I recommend not booking with Sarah. We verbally agreed on 1/2 an inch trim and cleaning up the longer layers I already had. She began to dry cut my hair without asking if that’s what I wanted and she absolutely butchered my hair- not only cutting it significantly shorter, but my hair was insanely uneven. I called the salon owner who was very kind and understanding and she did fix it by evening it back out. She offered a free haircut certificate but I will not be back as I don’t trust this salon anymore. At the end of the day I still paid in full for a haircut I hate, and even the salon owner said it would take several months to grow it back out to where it was. First photo is my hair after the owner fixed it, second is about a month before my appointment. Third photo is after it was fixed and you can see how choppy the layers are.

This place is Amazing !!! The stylists are friendly, kind , and very out going which immediately puts you at ease. I've been going to Sara for quite awhile now, and she always does an amazing job. Also, I love the fact , if for some reason
I don't like something, I can go right back in and ANYONE in there will fix it with no complaints!!!! I have gotten horrible haircuts and the one time I complained they literally told me I had to go back to the SAME woman because she got the commission !!!!! No way !!! Why on earth would I want to go back to someone who literally destroyed my hair , I had to pay again because I refused!!! By far Salon Q is the best salon in quality, cleanliness, customer service, and you can't beat the prices .

My 12 year old niece got her hair done here as my birthday present to her. I ended up not being able to take her but she said the person who did her hair was "super nice." And her hair came out amazing. I was able to call and just give them payment info over the phone. They were quick to reply to emails and very pleasant over the phone as well.
