“Spotless store and very nice and professional folks to help with packing and mailing questions. A very easy park as well, worth the trip into Torrington if you are in Litchfield, where UPS dropoffs are harder to find on the weekends.”

My only recommendation is that the store provide more help in the printing department as every time I use it the sales associates are super busy and need to juggle multiple people and issues. They do it capably and efficiently, however, but you should go in their and be prepared to wait!”

The customer service here is very good. I don't know why there aren't more employees up front when the line is long. But even the postmaster will come and help on some occasions.
They offer passport services here. And they have post office boxes for those who need them.
The next closest post offices are in Litchfield and Harwinton. Both are about 7 to 8 mile's away.”

“Had an antique Tiffany lamp and very large board shipped to florida. Was so worried about the lamp. The packaging was so well done. Everything came in perfect. The delivery was faster than expected. I would highly recommend this place!!!”
