Khobe was fantastic to work with! He might need a bit of help in the store as he was having to juggle myself and some other customers at the front. He was very helpful in breaking down my monthly cost and trying to get me the best deal.

Service at this store is awful! When to purchase a replacement phone because we lost one, we arrived at the store and was told I needed my ID to purchase anything. It was just over an hour before closing but told the employee that I needed a phone so I would return shortly with my id. During my absence from the store the manager called my spouse and informed her that they had no phones in stock besides the iPhone SE. (Phone store with no phones) When I returned to the store with my identification to purchase the phone with cash I was unable to do so because they had a broken cash machine and they were unable to accept cash payments. All of this was after I had to convince the employees that I just needed the phone and I would come back within the exchange period to purchase the phone that I actually wanted. The employees did not want me to buy a phone and return it, they tried extremely hard to deter me from that option. I’m assuming they did not want to perform a restocking process. Overall we are extremely dissatisfied with this location. The staff is generally not helpful and the store always has limited stock if you can it’s definitely worth the trip to Waterbury or Bristol!

I came in a few days ago in regards to a couple issues I was having with setting up a new account. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by one of the most patient reps I’ve ever worked with Beck. She was easygoing, beyond understanding of my situation and was certain to get me walking out with a working phone and a smile on my face. And sure enough she was able to provide all the help and more. I will definitely be back!! If only there was an option for a sixth star

I find PRP fascinating. Unable to barely walk anymore Dr. Turok went above and beyond to help me. After my second PRP I came home and later that evening I had more strength in my leg and the next day I was walking better. My back pain felt better. Dr.Turok has so much knowledge and compassion. I can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I went there to upgrade my phone. They told me things that I knew wasn't right. The girl with the faded Fucci belt did not have any idea what she was talking about. I drove around the corner and called customer service and they told me the complete opposite. I will never go to that branch again. If you don't know just say that.
