Outstanding service always and reliable technicians. Great amenities on the waiting room, free wi-fi, coffee, donuts, TV, music, etc., if you have time enough to enjoy it, cause always i'm done in 10 or 15 minutes.

I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Sullivan Honda and I wish I could give 10 stars. Our salesman Jordan made the entire process so seamless and effortless. I was dreading going to a dealership because I’ve had such bad experiences in the past but Jordan and his team made this an all around pleasure. The process was so quick and easy. They got me an amazing deal on the car I purchased, as well as my trade-in offer and financing rate. I truly felt that they had my best interest in mind the entire time and Jordan and his Finance Manager were super transparent about everything so I felt very confident in the deal. They took amazing care of my wife and I and I cannot recommend Jordan and the Sullivan Honda team enough!!

My wife and I just purchased a 2026 CRV Hybrid from Sullivan Automotive in Torrington. We were very pleased with our buying experience. Our sales person, Will, was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable during our decision making process as well as after the sale. Sullivan gives you plenty of attention without being annoyingly aggressive. Definitely worth a trip to Torrington.

Big shout out to Jessie this weekend, my mom and I came to test drive a couple of cars, she ended up not going with one of the cars at Honda, nothing to the fault of the dealership just not what she was looking for. Jessie was attentive and listened to our needs. Even though we didn't end up buying from them, will for sure send people to them looking for a Honda in the future!

The AC was not working. I brought my 2023 Odyssey Sport to Watertown Honda. I had a one o’clock appointment. After two pm I inquired about my car. It was not seen as yet. Two hours later a manager. stated that the diagnosis was not yet complete and the car needed to be kept overnight. I was given a ride home.
Mid morning I went to Watertown Honda to inquire about a decision. It was felt the the wires were defaulty. There was a break in the wires, probably caused by mice. I would need to replace the harness. That procedure would take a week or so; I would need a loner and the labor would cost $1,700.00.
I was totally dismayed. I needed another opinion.
Sullivan Honda in Torrington was recommended. I made the appointment. It was for 1:00 pm. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in and the car was taken at one. A diagnosis was made and the misplaced fuse was corrected. I was on my way home in two hours.
While in the waiting area, people were having their cars serviced, not waiting hours. They came and went, all in the two hours while I was there.
A predictable cost of over several thousand dollars, the use of a loner car for a week or so was all eliminated at Sullivan Honda by experienced capable mechanics. I was so very pleased with the outcome, service and hospitality.
Sullivan Honda is my go place hence forth.

This was hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. I worked with Greg, who was very patient, open, and honest. Over the last many years of dealing with various dealerships, I have to say Sullivan Honda in Torrington CT.are hands down the most experienced and professional people I have had to deal with. David Paolino the car salesman was excellent, from beginning to end. Took my leased vehicle from another dealership and approximately a week later I drove out with a brand new Honda CRV TRAILSPORT hybrid . Absolutely luv it..
