This Target is located in a big plaza in Torrington. There were plenty of parking and self scans are the new norm; there were a couple of registers with cashiers, when I went as well.
I've done a couple of orders pick ups from this location; everything was smooth and efficient. The customer service was good. Shopping at this place is similar to other Targets; they have pretty much everything you need. There's a grocery area, a CVS, and a Starbucks in there. The store looks organized and well stocked the few times I went. I recommend the red card for 5 percent off your order; they have some good sales/clearance sections too. In the end, a good Target and definitely my go to.

All the employees are amazing and are on top of everything I go there everyday and I love the service the staff at Torrington target give me the workers are respectful and know what there talking about great service desk team. Great cashiers great floor team all of them are very kind and always are there to help you in your needs. S++ for sure will keep on coming back!!!

I don’t know what’s going on at this target, but it’s the most unorganized target I’ve ever been too. Especially the toy section. It’s like they don’t even touch it. Toys are scattered everywhere, on the floor, ect. I actually went back 3 days in a row looking to see if an item was restocked, and I can tell they don’t reorganize any of their stuff at night. Same items in same random places as the day before, nowhere near where they’re listed. They really need new management in this place, cause they’re obviously not managing their employees.its really saying something when Walmart is in better shape than this target.

What has happened to Target? It has become one of the worst places to shop. Push carts are frequently blocking products and aisles, zoning is terrible, and you can see trash sit on a shelf for over a week. I have seen a starbucks cup sit in the same spot for almost a month with the same name as it slowly grew mold. Disgusting. I could have blamed all of the on hours being cut which is 100% corporate but what I can't excuse is the crappy customer service from some employees. There was a signage issue that advertised a gift card if you purchased 3 products over $10, when I went to check out it didn't come up. At guest service the woman went back and there was a different sign on the back wall saying for Tide detergent it needed to be over 12.99. Mind you the other sign was in-aisle in front of Tide detergent. They absolutely would not honor the price. Another example. I bought a bag of Tostitos that had a coupon on the bag from the manufacturer. With the purchase of any Frito Lay chips 7.75 - 13 oz you saved $2.50 on any Frito Lay dip 15 oz or larger which I also had. It even has a picture of the dip I bought on the coupon. It would not scan at the register and the cashier was nice plus I know cashiers are limited to what they are allowed or the system will allow them to do so I went to guest service. The guest service person went over the coupon several times and kept trying combinations in order to get it to go through. It wouldn't even though she confirmed that my purchase me the requirements. She called another person over, not sure if they were a manger, but I basically got a line of BS at this point. It must be for my next purchase of chips and dip. The problem with that being there is no way to track if it is the next purchase. What if I go to Walmart and make the purchase there next time? If I don't scan the Target app, how do they know I bought this the first time? The other problem; for a coupon to make that type of requirement it has to be clearly stated on the coupon which it was not. In the end I didn't get the savings and when I contacted corporate I basically got 'tough luck you'll have to take it up with the store' (not an actual quote just the overall sentiment.

Came here 3 days in a row. All the employees were nice. They had everything I needed. The produce wasn't fully stock. Besides that, this target was great.

Awful. Just awful. There are pallets upon pallets of items needing to be stocked in the way of products. I couldn’t get to half of the things I needed. And it has been this way every time I go.

Location in Torrington Connecticut is great. Can always find good deals there. Why do you have so many handicap spots are never filled and elderly people that don’t qualify for handicap. Don’t wanna walk that far. One of the reasons I don’t shop there is because I don’t feel like walking that far to the store

Not my favorite place to shop by far. I visited today. First time in probably 10 months. Now I know why there are other stores I prefer to shop over this one. First of all it has an overly modern feel with lights that are so bright they hurt my eyes. Lots of neon displays going on. Just way too much for me.Also I find the setup in this store confusing. I felt like I was walking around in circles much of the time.They didn't have a simple item I was looking for which was a legal size pad of paper in their office area.That area also looked like it had been ransacked.I left without buying anything and glad to get back outside. No thank you.
