Love the place! Price is fair, all the girls working there are nice, you can see that they go far and beyond to make sure you have a nice time, always offering a massage by the end of your service. I’ve been going there for more than 3 months now, and became a faithful customer!

I’m visiting the area so wasn’t sure which nail salon was the best to get a pedicure at. I chose this one because their website boasts about cleanliness and hygiene. I had a nice young lady who didn’t speak much of any English. It was only $25 for a basic pedicure with regular polish. She did a good job removing the old gel polish I had on. It was a good experience, a very quiet nail salon. She offered a shoulder massage while my polish dried.I just don’t want to get an infection and I would’ve liked all new/sanitized supplies including the foot scrubber and nail file but I don’t think they were. They did say the metal trimmers and such were all sanitized. My toes do look awesome. Maybe next time I’ll get gel.

Very disappointed in this spa. They used to to high quality work for reasonable prices, but I went today and the quality was mediocre, and prices were sky high. You can bet i won't be going back! Ever!

I've been coming here regularly for at least a year now and they always do a great job. Sometimes I'll bring my own nail stickers and they're always willing to add them for me. They are clean, no fuss, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this nail salon!

Clean salon. Friendly, gentleness kind staff.
They pay careful attention to attention. I got a pedicure and refill with a French. After another salon messed my nails up I decided to try this salon. I can't believe I found this gem in torrington.
I'm not sure if they do designs but if your looking for VIP service...you need to call schedule an appt and give this place a try!

Terrible place.the guy is super rude told me they have customers paying $400 $500 everytime they come and never had an issue blamed it all on me. First my nail design broke off n they made a big deal about fixing it second two of my nails broke off randomly and they said it was my fault and tried to charge me again to fix there mistake. They dont offer acrylic or air brush. They charged me per nail for French design and there top coat was peeling off my nails the next day. I will never be returning to this establishment. Told me $45 for my nails and somehow came out to almost $200 with a $40 pedicure. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Recently moved up this way and have tried different places. I have been very unhappy with my nails (and I am not picky, I do very simple clean cut colors/nail shapes). Mari and her team are wonderful. Her salon is clean, and welcoming and everyone is friendly and easy to talk too. My go to now!

Everyone who has worked here has been so nice and easy to work with when it came to booking my appointment and getting us set up! Prices are fair.Clean place.
2 instead of 5 stars because during the pedicure the person scrubbing my feet scrubbed until skin came off and I was bleeding and hurt pretty bad. Had that not happened, and had I not been told to put my shoes on with wet polish, 5 stars.
Two folks came out afterwards to try and fix things which I appreciated, but after how painful that was, really didn't feel like I could trust them at that point. No, we didn't try to haggle any money and still tipped 20% all in cash. My foot is in agony. I had never felt so judged and treated poorly by service workers ever, totally turned me off from going to see a professional as the next day it hurts to put any pressure on my feet and having to redo the polish. The service provider had me put my shoes on before they were dry and everything smudged everywhere, I think I did a better job when I was 5 years old to be honest. I can't believe I spent 55 dollars plus 10 dollar tip on this, I am in agony and regret going to this chop shop, there's no way a business could have made this horrific experience right.

Just visited yesterday for a refill gel of 8 nails and full on 2. The place is super clean unlike the disgusting place upstairs and the staff ARE SO NICE!!! Truly wonderful staff, but the job on my nails was poor. The gel wasn’t applied nicely all the way up to the cuticle. Then nail polish was too thinned out with acetone and it looked clumpy and needed to be thrown out. So my nails looks like there’s thin streaks of paint when looking at them in the light. So now because I do video presentations with my hands for social media I have to go pay someone else to make them perfect. Because for the price all these salons charge the nails should be PERFECT. I only tipped 5 dollars.

I love this salon for both my gel manicures and pedicures. Mari does a wonderful job and I always leave happy and feeling relaxed. The prices are also so reasonable. I absolutely recommend it!

What happened? This place used to be FANTASTIC. There must be new owners. Such a disappointment the last two visits: I won't be returning or buying gift certificates anymore from T&T again.
