This Walgreens Pharmacy is consistently good. The staff works like a well-oiled machine, handling a huge volume of people quickly and efficiently while still being kind, attentive, patient, and polite. They take time to answer questions, solve problems, and explain medications. Sometimes there are longish lines at predictable times, but service is efficient. For years, through many changes, they have resolved issues and provided reliable care.
Clean and HUGE! There are 2 walgreens in torrington ...this is a good one

The pharmacy has gone downhill (for me) it's slow and half of my meds aren't there or are out of stock and it takes them forever and a day to get my meds filled and refilled and forget about calling to talk to someone you'll be waiting 10+ minutes.
