Richie suggested to me when I had time that they remove steer tires and they would check the balance. I said let’s do it. One tire was off by 16oz the other by 14oz. Drove it home and couldn’t believe that all the shake was gone. Very happy with their service. Did not pressure me to do anything. Rob fixed leak and balanced steer tires. Everyone was polite and respectful! I will return for future services that they offer. I have stopped by other tire service companies and NOBODY’S personalized service compares to theirs!”
