Wasted gas on 8 different occasions to make deposits after hours through the atm should have learned my lesson by now their machine is either out of service or not taking deposits.. don't waste your time with this location

I went to Bank of America in Trumbull today @2;00pm. I was greeted by a short woman with long dark hair. I told her I needed to transfer money asap and she told me “ You have to have an appointment “. To which I responded I didn’t know that , unfortunately I had to get this transfer before 4:30pm. I will wait. She rudely told me it will be about 2 hours and I still might not be taken care of. I made a phone call and returned to the front desk I was 2nd in line and she completely ignored me even going as far as to as the person behind me if they needed help. After waiting a few minutes I was told there were no appointments for today, do I left and went to Bank of America in Stratford CT. to complete my wire in 10 minutes. Her behavior was rude, condescending and nasty. I will no longer do my banking in that branch and may switch banks all together

If I could give zero stars I would! I came into this Branch at 4:27, closing is at 5, to remove a name off of an account. We were greeted promptly, but cold. The woman told us we could not be helped because her two customer service reps had customers and they would both be busy a while. This was a pressing matter and I needed to get this done sooner rather than later, not to mention we called customer service and was given incorrect information which lead to getting there that late, we asked if we could wait and dark haired woman with glasses said no. She wanted to schedule an appointment another time. This is the time we had available to both be present as needed and we came during regular business hours. If you don’t want to be helpful then you should have just said so. We even asked for the form that we were told could be filled out by the customer service rep over the phone and the woman would not give it to is because it needed to be notarized by one of her associates and they were too busy for even a notary. Disgusting, disappointing and upsetting!

Went through the drive thru (thought it was an ATM but it turned out to be a drive thru teller) and the woman inside screamed at me while I had young children in my car because “there was a long line inside”. Horrific service. Will be changing banks as a result.

Spent 1 hour in the line with a single teller attending the clients inside the building plus the drive through. Such s waste of time. They should have more people working in this location.

I am so disappointed with this bank in Trumbull, CT. Can someone tell me why do they have drive thru service when they don’t want me to help there. Literally every single time I go thru drive they tell me that the bank is open that I can go inside. When I tell them them that I gave 10 months old baby with me sleeping in car seat and I don’t want him to wake up they said ; ok , but then why do they offer drive thru service when they do not want you to serve and help?! I am sick and tired every time tell them that I have a baby with me. The point is that they should not tell how should I do my business. If I want to go drive thru that is my choice and right. Or if I am wrong then just tell me what kind of business is done JUST drive thru?! I go to pay off my credit cards, this can not be done by drive thru?If I would have some other bank closer I would never go here. But with 10 months old is challenging, but if they refuse again to serve me to pay off my credit cards through drive thru I will never come back!

This may be the most pathetically bad Bank of America service I have run into in the last year. They don't seem to be able to get out of their own way. And they can't get anything done. It took me 40 minutes just to deposit one check

The branch is temporarily closed although they never notified customers. They temporarily closed several other local branches and the few that are open closed drive throughs. Very unprofessional and inconvenient

The only bank I have ever had to wait for a Certified Cashier’s Check to clear overnight.. Thr response I received was “frankly I have never heard of bank checks clearing the same day.” That is nonsense. How do you buy a house? How about a car? I go to TD bank with a bank check 3x the one I deposited here and funds are available instantly.If I wanted to wait I would just get a check out of my checkbook. Cashiers checks are the equivalent of cash in every scenario I have ever been involved with. Hence why Bank of America is not my bank. (I only use them for access to Merrill Lynch)

Horrible staff. Horrible service. I went there just to get a temporary debit card because usually takes up to 5 to 10 days to a get replacement card. They did not accept my drivers license as proof of ID. Nor passport either. Since I actually used my passport to open my account 9 years ago. I didn’t not understand why it all of sudden changed. For that was some sort of discrimination. I mean it doesn’t make any sense since all other Bank of America that I went before accepted this type of ID .However I didn’t argue. I just left.

Receptionist is so nice and helpful. Done with my account so quickly. Showed me how to use my card. So helpful :)
