Jess and Gabe were very kind and made our sons trip for his birthday bear very special! We were also in and out in about 30 minutes and able to make our dinner reservations on time. Great customer service!

Good place for kids. Younger cousins absolutely love making bears here. It's a little pricey depending on what you pick out but other than that it's a blast.

I absolutely had to leave a review, regarding my awesome experience visiting this location, and having the pleasure of working with Allison! My sister and I stopped by to build our first bear, in honor of our late father, who passed away suddenly in September of last year. She treated us with such kindness, and compassion, and all of our expectations were truly fulfilled. We highly recommend this location, and working with Allison!

This was our first time visiting a Build-A-Bear, and it honestly couldn't have been better. The woman who helped us was so friendly and encouraging with my daughter, and made the process extra fun. I work for Disney Parks, and she'd make an outstanding castmember.
Highly recommend. A bright spot in a dingy mall.

This was my first time in any Build-A-Bear and I went in for the Birthday Bear for my son who turned 1 this month.
I had seen this promotion years ago, long before I was pregnant but it was always on my heart to do it if I ever got the chance to be a Mom.
Upon entry the store is very clean and well organized. The staff, Melanie, Allison and Dawn (apologies if I spelt your name wrong ?) were very welcoming and most of all so kind and caring. No one knew how much this meant to me but they took their time to explain the process, make suggestions for accessories and clothing which there was a vast variety of. I was extremely impressed and thankful for their five star customer service.
They gave me every option to make my experience the best it could be. I can’t say enough how kind, they were. They do this everyday but I felt like they genuinely cared about making it special in addition to their professionalism. Both are a major part of good service to me.
Needless to say we will be back with Dad next time because he was touched when they offered for him to send a voice note to be recorded and placed inside the bear since he was at work so he wouldn’t be left out.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to have a life long dream realized. It may seem small to most but it meant the world to me. See you all again soon! Thank you so much!!

We had an excellent experience. We were there to build bears (and other animals) for a discussion occasion. There was something everyone liked (from grandparent to parent to teen to preteen). The staff were so great, even though we showed up a little before closing. Would definitely recommend!
