My kid's birthday is the last day of the month. Called about the birthday bear. Told nope - had to be the month of your birthday. I get they don't want you walking in whenever just to build a birthday bear, but when I call the day after we celebrate my kid's birthday (within a week of the birthday), I was told no, it had to be the month. It just seems very rigid for no good reason.

We had a great time here on my daughter's birthday Jan 8, 2019. The staff/lady working was wonderful! She was very patient with my daughter and the other customers in the store and she managed her time wisely. The selection of bears/animals, clothes, and accessories was great. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because of the price of the clothes...we spent $70 by the time we left there. Definitely a fun time tho!
