The Staff at this CVS Pharmacy, lead Pharmacist Sandeya, Pharmacist Ebisam, and Pharmacy Tech Corinne are all Great with the Customers.
They are Very Knowledgeable,Patient, and Always answer any Questions Thoroughly.
And also, always Kind!
My Problem is with Corporate Management.
By sending the Technicians Home at 5PM,The Pharmacist is left alone to Take Care of Customers while Trying to Fill Prescriptions and Answer calls for Phoned in Prescriptions.
Many Times I have Witnessed a line several People deep with the Pharmacist Rushing to get Customers their Prescriptions,ring them Up,while the Phone is Ringing Constantly with Prescription Calls from Doctors.
And trying to Fill Prescriptions.
This has Caused 3 Pharmacists to leave in less than 2 Years.
Tom in 22 ,Cara in 2023, and Mark in March of 2024.
Not having help the last 2 Hours is Not Right and Puts an UNFAiR Workload on the Pharmacist.
I do not Understand this,CVS can afford To keep a Tech the last 2 Hrs and STILL make a Big Profit.
Until They do,More Great Pharmacists will be leaving.
You will only gain by keeping a Tech with the Pharmacist!

Worst pharmacy ever!Fraudulent company. How are they going to tell me I picked up my prescription when i returned it right after they gave it to me because it wasn’t the correct order. When i gave it back, they said they were going to call my doctor and get me the right one and it’s been almost two weeks going back and forth. Now apparently my insurance says it’s too early to refill when I didn’t even get it.

After almost 2 weeks trying to fill the new prescription that my doctor believes will finally give me the relief I've been searching for, for over 2 years I became so discouraged because not one of the 10 different major pharmacies I contacted had it in stock nor any idea if it would ever become available.When I contacted the Trumbull Mall CVS they understood my frustration and took the extra couple of minutes to check other CVS locations until they found one that carried my new medication. I was SO grateful to finally reach someone who actually cared enough to help me find a pharmacy to fill my new prescription even though it wasn't their store.

The person at the front desk was very nice and went well out of her way to help with a prescription issue. Turns out the prescription issue was the temp/fill in pharmacist that day. The prescription was received by the pharmacy at 11:00 but wasn’t acknowledged until we got there and said something about it at around 17:45. The person at the front desk was genuinely helpful and the pharmacist had a permanent scowl on her face.

I didn’t want to give any stars at all. I’be always wondered why this pharmacy is not set up on the automated system which is what I’m used to with every CVS I’ve been registered with. I never get a call when my script is ready nor a reminder. Not to mention, they did not have the medication my doctor called on once. I came to the store the first day only to be told it would be in the next day. Well, when I returned the next day, they still did not have it. I ended up having to go to another CVS location. Fast forward to today. I came in thinking I could pick up a script my doctor called last month, but was told it wasn’t here (location). I called my doc’s office. They tried calling CVS, but was on hold for 40 minutes. I’m here waiting again now to see if my prescription is in.

The system was down, which is unfortunate but fine. But, the lady was so impatient. Then, I called back to check the status. The calls never went through.
