This store pharmacy has issue always is a waiting time , if you call to speak with a customer service has to pass more then 5 min now has a voicemail,, you reach the pharmacy the medication is not ready ,, lunch time hours is not available for the person you need to schedule your employees,, CVS need better management,, it’s not good

CVS Trumbull /cleaned up great.
Going to CVSlong time. All pharmacist courteous. I had same bp pills manufacture change from small to large green pills which r difficult for me to swallow related to pharmacist. Pharmacist said didn’t know why we were not getting that same pill but BPT. CVS On main st. Had them.Asked can they send pills to Trumbull CVS where I live response was No. I went to Bpt. fighting in parking lot with police. Did not go in and asked can be delivered:No.Finally after numerous calls and getting response from Bpt. They mailed them to me
after days of constant call .we will mail them. Finally got them in mail. Need another 90 days supply but now girl tells me I have to join cvs and charge for plan. Why can’t the supply be at CVS Trumbull? Pharmacist said they have hundreds in Bpt. which I will not go to area. Pharmacist said someone in Trumbull store orders pills and doesn’t know why these pills are not sent there! Not happy.

I called to refill my scrip1 week prior to need it. I called 2x because it wasn't ready. They said they were busy and would get to it. Then I ran out. I went to pick up another script and the woman said we don't have the one I was out of. She said it was a shortage at the company with a little laugh. I said what do I do. She said call stop and stop maybe they can fill it. This is not the 1st time I've had problems with cvs. They don't want to do anything to help. Shouldn't they be trying to get your medicine?
So now iam 4 days without my scrip and this woman is basically laughing.

The people in the pharmacy are overwhelmed with work. The result is poor communication, nightmarish service and wait times that can exceed 30 minutes. The parking lot is a challenge to get in and out of. At least it doesn't have the less than delightful smell of the old CVS location which was across the road.

The African American register girl was quite agitated and kept being aggressive to me for no reason when trying to proceed with my order. I put my product down and she made a hand movement like as to bring it closer to her and rolled her eyes. She gave me change and said in an extremely hostile way, “Have a great day.” Like I get if you’re having a bad day, but don’t take it out on people you don’t know.

Auto-refill monthly or every 90 days is great once the doctor's office calls prescriptions in, as an automated call reminds me to pick up the prescription even when I have forgotten to stop by. Picking up, one must remember they close for half-hour lunch between 1:30-2 p.m. Waiting in line is a normal thing so if there's more than 1-2 cars in the drive through I just go inside instead of wasting gas.
