The people in the pharmacy are overwhelmed with work. The result is poor communication, nightmarish service and wait times that can exceed 30 minutes. The parking lot is a challenge to get in and out of. At least it doesn't have the less than delightful smell of the old CVS location which was across the road.

The African American register girl was quite agitated and kept being aggressive to me for no reason when trying to proceed with my order. I put my product down and she made a hand movement like as to bring it closer to her and rolled her eyes. She gave me change and said in an extremely hostile way, “Have a great day.” Like I get if you’re having a bad day, but don’t take it out on people you don’t know.

Auto-refill monthly or every 90 days is great once the doctor's office calls prescriptions in, as an automated call reminds me to pick up the prescription even when I have forgotten to stop by. Picking up, one must remember they close for half-hour lunch between 1:30-2 p.m. Waiting in line is a normal thing so if there's more than 1-2 cars in the drive through I just go inside instead of wasting gas.

expect slow service and uneducated reps. was told i had no refills for my bc when my doctor specifically put 3 refills.

Constantly some sort of issue. Yesterday I sat in the drive through for half an hour. The line inside was even longer. They either never have your prescription ready on time, or don’t have it at all. Not a single one of the workers knows what they’re doing, and it seems like they just hire anyone at this point. Every single time I’ve been here, there has been some sort of problem. I don’t leave reviews unless something is truly bad, and this CVS is terrible.

The absolute worst CVS pharmacy possible. Every single time I need a prescriptions filled there is an issue. Everything from medication not being ready after 4+ hours of the doctor sending in the prescription, "not being able to locate the medication" because they didn't type in the name or birthday information correctly (more than once) and not figuring out the issue unless I make a big to do about checking again. Even improperly putting in my insurance information and trying to have me pay full price for medications covered by my insurance.It sad to see all of the negative reviews for the pharmacy and yet CVS has done nothing to rectify the issues.Medication is a necessity and in many cases is a time sensitive situation for most. Improperly handling these issues is just sad. I will no longer use this pharmacy for medications. I'd rather drive a little farther and go to the Madison Pharmacy.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. Once waited 45 minutes before hanging up. It literally would be quicker to drive there to ask the question. I have never waited less than 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

Made an appointment online, got a confirmation. When we showed up they acknowledged our appointment, made us wait an hour, and THEN told us they didn't have it. If they didn't have it they shouldn't have taken our reservation. Anyone can take a reservation, they just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

Watch out for Mrs. Lesnowski! She is falsely telling people that their accounts are closed and she can't find your name, but she really doesn't know how to spell. It is horrible CVS management that has not changed since its opening.

Horrible service. Rude staff, prescriptions not ready even after you've been texted. I could go on and on. It's just BAD. Unfortunately my insurance company requires me to use them.

Pharmacy is always out of stock of my meds, almost every month. They take no accountability and could care less. Forget calling, you will be on hold at least 30 minutes, just for someone to pick up.
