Visiting from NC & went to this nail shop, everyone was SUPER friendly and got started right away on my services, I got a pedi & full set. The lady who did my toes did a wonderful job and Tee did an amazing on my nails & these ladies made my experience very special, HIGHLY recommend!

Paid $85 dollars for long duck tips to find out 2 of my fingers were shaped straight after I left . Literally charged me $85 for duck shape not to have duck shape on two of my nails. The lady said 15 min wait … it ended being close to an hour. Came to get my nails done somewhere else they said the reason why the two nails were like that was because the lady who put the set on put those two nails on crooked and tried to make it look normal instead of just reapplying

Horrible experience tried to see THE OWNER RON FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW . Yesterday he wasn't there . Today he is there so i schedule an appointment. I come in early for my appointment by 30 minutes. He tells me come back at 6 or he will call me . Now im waisting time on a friday walking around the mall when i could of scheduled elsewhere!!!!!!!!! I COME BACK AT 6 he has someone in is chair and he is finishing a pedicure!!! And tells me to wait some more . Moral of the story DO NOT SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT HERE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME .

It hasn’t even been a week and my nails look horrible. This morning I wake up to prepare for work and one just pops off. The woman who did my nails who said her name was Kim doesn’t know how to do nails at all. She obviously didn’t use enough acrylic and all the nails are differently shape. I highly would recommend you go elsewhere .

terrible eyebrow waxing service. the lady looked like she didn’t wanna be there and rushed doing my eyebrows. it was painful. left me with uneven eyebrows.

Only gave it one star because i had too. Terrible place to go too. No Matter how desperate you are DON'T DO IT! I went and decided to give them too much of my money because they lady just kept up charging everything. Which wouldn't have bothered me if she did a good job. For starters they use old DIRTY disgusting nail files (so flimsy), the lady that was doing my nails stopped several times to go do 2 people's eyebrows and to cut another's nails and soak off then rushed the entire time. The whole time she kept asking personal questions which nobody should be comfortable asking such as "do your kids know their fathers", at this point I'm irritated and tell her she asks a lot of questions Hoping she stop. I also witnessed another employee beside her be so rude to a Spanish speaking client because the lady complained they squeeze to hard. I think they forget they are working on actual people because they are ridiculously rough. I was trying to show her something on my nail and she wouldn't let go of my finger. I had to pull with force. I would never dare go back to this dirty dingy place EVER. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE KIND OF ESTABLISMENTS THEY DONT CATR ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, SAFETY and specially your COMFORT AT ALL!!
