I was not shopping, lucky that I shop online because today when I was picking up for Amazon could verify what people says about their terrible customer service. This guy who attends to customers was rude. I don’t know why you work in a place to make people feel underestimated.

I came by the GNC store at Westfield Mall on Sunday 29th at 12:00 pm, it was a flyer in the gate which says they will be back at 12:30, I waited 50 mins till 12:50 and they never come back and open the store gate. Horrible service.

Shop had the items i was looking for.Unfortunately I was hounded by the disgruntled male employee for email/phone number even after politely declining.Female employee was very nice and respectful of my wishes. Female employee even offered a bag for my items.I'll pass, next time I'll go to amazon.com for my things.
