Came here for a drug screening as a new hire at a company. As others have said, the receptionist was not the most pleasant and had a bit of an attitude, but she did her job fairly well. I had called the day before about what time I should come in and they said anytime between 8 and 3 but didn't say they had a two hour lunch in the middle of that. Came at 12:45 and decided to just wait until they opened again at 1. I apologized to the lady for waiting outside and tried to make light of it but she didn't seem interested. Was fairly vague in her directions to me and got frustrated a few times I asked for clarification, but I was in and out in 10 minutes so at least there was that. I'll post a photo of their hours so other people don't make the same mistake

Good overall experience with no real issues. I easily scheduled the appointment online the day before...they had lots of times to choose from including early in the morning which is hard to find at other places like Quest. I showed up at 7:30 am for my appointment and was taken in right away.Was the woman at the front counter super friendly? No, but that's ok. I tend to be overly chatty and not everyone I meet has to match my energy. She was professional and did her job. I would definitely come back again.

Front desk lady was very rude & dismissive; long wait time just for a drug screening. Highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Let me preface by saying I struggle with blood draws. I had a lovely experience at this facility. The building is well maintained and clean as well as the suite the station is in. The lady who was there this morning (1/9/2024) was absolutely amazing, she had a sparkling and reassuring personality even early in the morning, and performed the most painless blood draw! She is truly a master of her profession! Definitely recommend appointments for any medical facility and with the easy user friendly interface it makes it quick and convenient. Thanks again!

Convenient location and ample accessible parking, easy to find. Checkin was quick via a machine but the clerk was very unfriendly, lazy and unwilling to help (or even move) at all. I’m in a wheelchair and she would not help me a single bit. By far the most rude person I have met in a lab so far. Will certainly not go to this LabCorp location anymore.

Nasty attuide from the front desk girl! NASTY NASTY ATTUIDE! I would give a zero rating but that's not an option. Went there today at 9am. Rude, big ATTUIDE problem. Husband went to go do a Drug test for work new hire she was just not a pleasant person.

Came here for employment drug testing. Jasmine L. was so patient and professional! Had a shy bladder and she waited until I was able to provide specimen. Also very clean!

These women thats behind that glass counter in the drug screening room are very rude. It was my first time here and already a bad experience. People must not bother putting these reviews for this room because I promise you they’d be a few bad ones .
