“I've been a customer with Mark Otterson since I moved to the area 30+ years ago and a State Farm customer before that. I have used the office for all my vehicles, boat, house, and umbrella. When my kids were learning to drive they took the State Farm young driver seminar for a rate reduction and driving tips. I've had to claim a few times, windshield, backing incident, and a rental incident and the office was a breeze to deal with. The State Farm call center for after hours help was also good.I cannot recommend the crew at this agent highly enough, Mark, Jessica, and Gina are experts at what they do and will take good care of you.”
