I went yesterday with my nephew and brother. The place was empty as usual, and the man working there wanted to chat. But we just went to get something quick; we had a lot to do.
Since I didn't want to translate the conversation with my family, he told me to leave...
Customer service has never been good at this place.
A while ago, I wanted to buy a blue wristband, and he said no because I needed a pink one for protection; the wristband wasn't for me....
In an other occasion I have to leave without anything because he was whistling so loud, give me a very bad headache
Always feel good with what I buy but annoying by customer service.

I came in to visit the store and was told I need to be “welcomed in”
Only 2 people allowed in at a time, and the other 2 in our group had to wait outside the store.
Basically they watch you while you look around and are not allowed to touch anything.
The associate was Rude right away, he gave us a short speech about drama, no touching, and other very awkward rules.
Upon leaving the same associate shouted out “thank you for supporting small business”
We really didn’t even feel comfortable to look around in the store, never mind purchase anything.
The whole experience was crazy.
Won’t be returning ever & no one cares about your “4 million dollar remodeling project”

Honestly every time I come in this store I feel extremely unwelcome. The man who works here seems to think VERY highly of his store and treats it like some museum because only a certain amount of people can go in and you can’t touch anything, very strange. I’ve never been in a crystal shop like that. I feel like I’m being watched because I can’t be trusted around fragile items and it’s uncomfortable. The dude that works here needs to be humbled because as cute as this store is there’s better places out there that don’t make me feel like a circus freak when I walk in! Maybe hire more approachable employees I suppose..

Never quite had an experience such as with this establishment, right from the start, being ‘greeted’ at the front door by someone who obviously expected I was there to rob the place, absent any ‘welcome’, any ‘this is how we do things here’, or the like, and having showered ‘n shaved per usual don’t remotely fit a profile of one who’s suspicious. From the outset, this rather hostile individual asked questions alluding to my intentions, when all I simply wanted was to have a look around, possibly even make a purchase, should something catch my eye. Be prepared for interrogation, rude, pretentious unwelcoming behavior from an employee. I for one, will steer clear. Curiously enough, for a place that markets ‘positivity’ and ‘good energy’, I quickly high-tailed it outa’ there & suggest you follow suit.

Rude rude rude rude !!!!! I’m sure we all experienced the same experience with the same man! He also kicked us out as well not allowing us to look around and told us we had bad energy ! Never coming here again ! Very sarcastic and condescending!
And it’s empty on a Saturday but he will say it’s one of there busy days like all the bad reviews he gets . Clearly the problem is him and his terrible customer service no one will want to come . If I could leave a zero star I would ! When you have a business you want customers to come in yet he makes you feel uncomfortable making you wait outside like trying to cleanse as he says our bad energy.
Terrible experience! If you don’t believe me go for yourself and see how this man is .

I’ll never go back. Three times my boyfriend and I tried to go and every time it’s been closed. Finally, it was open and we got to go in. We were followed around and not allowed to touch anything - most people that buy crystals know we touch them for a connection. It was grossly over priced and the owner was rude. Every time I was asking a price on a specific piece I was redirected to something I had zero interest in and told why it was a better fit. Get real. Some of us know what we want to buy. Also $40 for the bracelets is outrageous. They’re $8-14 at any other store. Very scammy.

we walked in, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The associate was shockingly rude and condescending. We were told to leave and wait outside but the store is completely empty. You guys are selling so many positive stuff but the way you treat people is so negative and that can spoil the whole aura of the store and feeling that your customers level behind is also counts. Hope you treat your customers in better way. And stop commenting it’s a busy day to everyone no it’s no.

hey, so me and my dad came here at the Trumbull mall just to look around, but when we got close, the guy working there told us “are you looking for a Sephora? Sephora is over there” thinking that I was a Sephora kid. I’m not. 10. I was so confused when we got asked that since we were just gonna look around. And yeah I had mascara on but still??! The store was so empty just him, and we still got told to stay behind the red line.. unbelievable when we first got in, the man kept saying there was this jade which will allegedly protect me from people who focus on money. First of I’m Buddhist, some Buddhism people believe in crystals but I surely know I don’t. At this point I was just looking at some crystals and I realized, that some of the crystals were DYED. DYED.. I didn’t really care at this point but the man who was working there was keeping on eye on us like we were going to steal? I’m sorry but I’m alright. When my dad was talking with the man, the man kept interrupting, so my dad is not really great with English, and isn’t good with hearing, so he just talk and let the other guy talk, but when my dad wanted to say something I heard the man who was working there whisper to himself “didn’t even let me finish..” Well, first of all you literally tried leading us to Sephora, tried to persuade (not really) into getting a jade necklace. This was so inconvenient, the customer service is horrible here, and just saying if you want customers try not to focus on enforcing ur rules. Not trying to be rude I’m giving out advice. Just saying that after me and my dad left this shop, we had went to a shoe shop who had treated us so politely, very nice vibes, and actually had a good conversation unlike some people think they have. I know I have said this a lot but, I had found the Sephora thing very rude and the fact we can’t touch the crystals are also a bad vibe.
I’ve seen your TikTok and this girl had said that you allegedly yelled at her mother? If that is true then I wish I could’ve gave ZERO stars. She told me the whole story, wish I could’ve gave zero stars anyway. My dad said that he was also very uncomfortable and his exact words were “ I can see why no one comes here.” Also, when my dad said “thank you” before leaving we didn’t even hear a “your welcome” or a bye. Before leaving the actual mall, we saw 2 ladies waiting behind the red line and due to waiting way to long they had eventually left. We haven’t heard of any tax sales at all, this place was nice but customer service was not there at all.
