So let me explain my experience at this location. First of all whoever is the manager at this location either needs to get trained or switch jobs. However, I’ve bought a pair of jeans for $10.00 (on sale) actually I purchased fewer items, anyhow I paid for my items walked out of the store and went on my way to have dinner with my family at Cheesecake Factory. So then I got home and try on the jeans, I said perfect they fit nice and the color is perfect!! Then my husband goes and said they left the sensor in the back. I sincerely got so upset due to the distance from home. I happened to meet up with my husband there for dinner, perhaps I live an hour or more from that store. Furthermore, I said I will have to find the day to go being I work long hrs during the week, take care my family etc. so anyways I made the purchase on 09/18 and went in to the store to get the sensor removed on 10/18, I approached to the employee that helped me last, I handed her my receipt and explained the reason why I came in today. Her response was ( oh why didn’t you came in sooner, why you waited so long to do it) and the other young employee that was helping her folding clothes or whatever she was doing, said: ( is the pants on the receipt) and I was like you got to be kidding me human. I handed her the receipt, what seem to be the issue? I responded I wouldn’t be driving an hr or more to get here for your mistake!! The rude employee took her sweet time to go over the counter and finally removed the sensor… YET NEVER APOLOGIZED, NEVER SAID SORRY FOR MY MISTAKE,, NOTHING HANDED ME BACK THE PANTS AND WENT ON HER WAY!!
Finally I said to myself is not worthy to go back and forth with these two humans, I’m a professional person and I know my standards.
I will never visit this store ever again. Here is the picture of my purchase.
