Very happy with Reid Veterinary Center, Doctors and crew are well prepared and informative, they take care of my pets and are ready to answer any questions I may have. They always keep me informed of what they are doing and what they see. All in all great place to bring your pets for check ups.

Caring and friendly staff and the best Doctors. Very knowledgeable and explain everything so you can understand. I have been a client since 1989 and would never go anywhere else.

I used to bring my three dogs here but what changed that was a boarding experience last year. I boarded all three of my dogs in the suite where it is set up like home. Couch, tv, etc. also included in this is a webcam so you can look at your pets anytime you want while your away. Needless to say it’s expensive. Well the entire time I was away which was five days the camera was completely inoperative not once could I look in on my dogs the entire time I was away. When I returned I was charged the full price and the office refused to adjust the bill for the cameras. I didn’t get what I paid for but I was still charged for it.

Full Details to follow. The office manager, Shanon Carey of Seymour, is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Unfriendly, argumentative, dismissive, verbally abusive and just a miserable person. Not someone you'd want working with your pets. I've repeatedly asked to speak with Dr. Briana Reed and Shanon will not relay my messages, instead she asserts her "power" as an office manager and will not let me speak with the vet in regard to my concerns. My family has been with this vet for at least 40 years now. Tomorrow, I will provide a full detailed statement of my unfortunate and terrible experience with Mobile Vet this year.

Not surprised to see the negative reviews recently as this once successful office has taken the customer out of customer service. Vets are very good, techs are very good, customer service is in disarray. Do not waste your time calling, they will hang up on you if asked a question they don’t like. And then they will collaborate and lie about the truth or just not look for the truth. I am not surprised to see others have had similar problems with their lack of professionalism. In the end our animals are the ones who they fail to care about and push aside. Don’t waste your time!

As a customer I called to see if they could look at my dog because she was ill. I figured it probably wasn't good but instead of going to shoreline where they poke your eyes out I would call my vet first. They said we have no opoinments you should go to shoreline. So before I had to remortgage my house I called a couple other vets to ask if they would check my dog. And the first vet I called called me back and said come in we will check her for you. As I figured it was not good. So my Luna is at rest with no help from trumbull mobile Veterinary. And to add I called to tell them that Luna passed I got the answer machine I left a message and they didn't even call me back to give condolences.

My family has been a customer of Mobile Vet for several decades with many dogs, dating back to Dr. Brown. It is so disappointing to see how downhill this place has gone. Frontline staff are not knowledgeable and difficult when trying to secure an appointment, humans are still not allowed inside citing Covid. After I secured a week boarding appointment for my dog and Mobile Vet confirmed (Shannon), on the day I dropped him off there’s a note on the door that they will be closed today! No phone call or communication to inform me and they have *never* called me back after my multiple voice messages. I took the time to call around to other trusted pet providers in the area and the consensus was that this place has declined. Imagine booking an appointment to drop off your pet before vacation, they confirm, and they decide to close day-of without telling you. And, no one calls as a courtesy after-the-fact — now 8 days and counting without a word from them. I have never experienced worst customer service from any service business. I will share my experience with pet owners and pet providers and will never go back.

We were supposed to have an appointment today. We even had a text message stating such. When we arrived we were put on hold for about a half hour. Then they said we didn’t have an appointment. Prior to this we’ve been asking for years for an estimate on neutering one of our dogs. Never received it. This was the final straw.

This whole wait in the car while we look at your pet is getting out of hand. We are no longer in a pandemic and the Mobile Vet Clinic is just using COVID to keep people out of the office. There’s no reason I should have to leave my pet inside alone with the staff.

I will not take points off for it being curbside only, meaning no humans allowed i because The staff and the Doctor were very caring and thorough. I had doubts because I was not able to go in with my dog and had to stay in my car in the parking lot but the real time care and the follow up call from the Doctor was very reassuring. Will continue to bring my animals and recommend this place.
