Their automated system does no justice. You have to repeat several times your response. After scheduling the appointment, you get a confirmation code. You arrive at your destination and it tells you there is no appointment made.
It's so aggravating.

I’m a bit surprised by the poor reviews. This site is always clean. The bathroom never smells of urine. They do not have a paper towel dispenser in the bathroom but they do have a super blower to dry the hands. The technicians are always professional. The waiting time is minimal if you schedule an appointment. I’ll admit I hated Quest 10 years ago and all the bad reviews regarding customer service I would have thumbs up’d. You couldn’t even walk up to the desk without being yelled at to sign the log and have a seat. In the past few years, my experiences here and the Brickwalk have changed my views. They’ve really done a tremendous turn around. Everyone’s experience will be different but this location is not as bad as the reviews they are getting. It’s a good site to have your blood drawn.

PLEASE READ IF YOU REQUIRE A WELL SANITIZED CLINIC: I went in for blood work today at this clinic and was treated with moderate kindness. However, the nurse who drew my blood was pulling on the needle upward, which caused pain on my skin. I told her that and about how she was causing pain, yet she continued to pull on the needle. Then, for the urine test, I come to find a urine-smelling restroom with liquid on the floor, a gross toilet seat, about zero toilet paper left, no hand sanitizer in the restroom, and no extra tissues or paper towels anywhere. My suggestion is that the Shelton location is better and well stocked with sanitary items.Also, when I asked the nurse to speak with a supervisor, she gave me a phone number. There is nothing wrong with that, but it's obvious that the nurse did not want to correct the situation - no use telling her as she had dismissed me twice already. So, I did not mention the poorly maintained restroom. Instead, I informed my significant other so other guests may hear. I hope this place didn't give me the flu, for goodness sake. ??♀️

Seamless check-in process on my phone, hardly any wait time, and the person that drew my blood was wonderful in every way.

This review is specific to Tracy who drew my blood for a 3 hour glucose on Monday. I had to interact with her four times in three hours as she took my blood and she was very pleasant. I was monitoring my Quest app for my results and wasn’t able to find any results pending for my appointment. I called the number available and spoke with someone at the national help center who told me they had no record of the appointment and I had to go back to the White Plains office. Tracy recognized me, pulled me into her room and took the time to show me in the computer that my results were pending and were being sent to my OBGYN. She did this despite being very busy and I am so appreciative of her kindness and great customer service!

I’ve had “ok” experiences at this location- however today was a bit uncomfortable when taking my 9 year old daughter to get blood taken. This was her first time and the tech wasn’t necessarily rude- however I was told I couldn’t sit down across from my daughter in the chair. The exact words were “you can’t sit- you can stand…”. Maybe this is a policy- which I find odd… was she being rude? Not sure…. If this is policy there is a kind way of explaining this to someone!I was however able to stand next to her while getting blood taken? The experience was a bit of a turn off. I tried to call for clarification however apparently writing a review is the only way to share this experience.

It is appearant that staff I'd completely incapable of reading physician lab orders. MD orders simple tests, yet the Phlebotomist orders something entirely different. Will follow up with insurance company on Monday to dispute the charge for the incorrect test ordered. Quest is a joke. This company should be shut down due to complete incompetence.
