When selling our house in Monroe this Spring, we were so pleased and impressed with Lawren Hubal of RE/MAX Right Choice. This was the fifth house we have sold in our lives and Lawren was clearly the best agent we have had, especially for her experience and thorough local knowledge. From the very beginning and throughout, her communication was proactive, comprehensive, and clear. She gave us excellent guidance on how to show the house well, in-person and in photos. Most importantly, Lawren uses her experience to work well with other less-experienced agents, which then benefits the process and outcome for everybody. What sets her above all other agents we have had was how she resolved difficulties caused by buyers or their agents. Buying or selling a house can be very stressful, but Lawren Hubal caringly helps clients through the process and even brings joy to many moments along the way.

RE/MAX Right Choice made my first home purchase effortless. I’ve known Scott’s family for years as a Trumbull native and former classmate of his daughter. I trusted Scott to represent me in a highly competitive market. Scott was generous with his time to discuss my priorities as a single, first-time homebuyer. Scott frequently alerted me to new listings and was highly responsive to my texts and phone calls. I was most pleased by the fact Scott anticipated my questions and would research the answer with the listing agent BEFORE presenting the property for my consideration. Scott’s proactive due diligence allowed us to act decisively and selectively about which properties to tour. He respected my time. Scott and his team were readily available to tour properties with less than 48 hours notice, from Fairfield to Branford. The times I bid on a properties, Scott collaborated with me to strategically craft offers that balanced the need to be competitive against multiple offers and protect my interests. Scott communicated well with my lender, with whom he had not worked previously, and we closed in less than four weeks. Its amazing how one bad review can lower the average rating. My realtor for Re/Max was absolutely outstanding and came highly recommended by a friend who had all kinds of issues selling her home. Tracey Jefferson was immediately responsive to every communication I had with her. She guided me through the process expertly and gave excellent advice that I am grateful I followed. I obtained better than expected results and ended up with a great buyer. There are other realtors in this agency that are very good as well. I don't think you can wrong with Re/Max.

Used RE/MAX in Trumbull to sell a home in Stratford, CT. Realtor Michael Wright was great and couldn't have asked for anything better. Had the house priced right and it sold within a week. Great guy who took an interest from the start before we even decided to go with him.

The Realtor Danielle had found a buyer for a home I had on the market recently. Buyers inspection was complete, and Danielle had a list of things that MUST be completed before closing. One was thousands of dollars in drainage even though it wasn’t needed or required. Must buy appliances, must do this, must do that. Well the day we were supposed to close her buyers backed out. She knew a week prior that they weren’t going to get their financing yet she never called to tell anyone. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. She cost us thousands of dollars and I will make sure she NEVER sells one of our homes! She was extremely RUDE and extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find someone more competent.

This is more of a review of a specific Realtor than the place itself. To keep it brief if you want someone who is knowledgeable, will put you in the right home and make you feel your needs are unique and important regardless of the home's sale price then ask for Joe Kapell. He's not just a great Realtor, but a true professional.
