When I started off on my errand to Sephora, I wasn't sure of the kind of assistance I'd receive with my makeup shopping list. I'm a makeup "newbie" and didn't know exactly what I wanted. Dimitri was so helpful and patient with me and I completed my whole list easily with his assistance! A really nice shopping experience thanks to him. I will return and hope he's there to help me next time too :)

This place had a section of JUST turkey sandwiches! I absolutely loved it; but one thing, how is that beauty related? Not complaining though, I’d definitely go again.

Only problem with most stores like Kohl's very difficult to get help. Check out is usually very quick even with long lines but if you need help with a product Etc it's hard to find any staff available. But that's not just cold I think it's across the board nowadays with most stores. Which actually I prefer going to local mom and pop stores because they're there to help you unlike the Big Chain stores.

I like this store. They have two floors of shopping and their selections tend to be pretty varied. Lots of the name brands I enjoy. They have one checkout station which helps to move you along pretty quickly. They also serve as a return station for Amazon goods. You can often find pretty good deals.

I didn't catch name of lady who helped me, but I placed a pick up order to wrong store across CT & closed by 7- the woman at this Sephora checked some items for me & set aside when I called to make sure they had what I thought I ordered from their store in stock. It was great to know someone else appreciated the dilemma of finding your favorite hair products. I was a bit frenzied by that point of running errands for a big event next day. She also helped calm me down ??

Kohl's got rid of all its high-end brands, kept only their own brands or brands made for Kohl's like Tek-gear and added Sephora. I never bought anything from Sephora when it was at JC Penney and I won't at Kohl's. Very disappointed in the changes and the addition of the return fee. I guess I'll need to look for a new store.

waited in line for 30 minutes to return an amazon item, finally got to the front and they told me I had been in the wrong lone the whole time despite the fact I followed the 5 "RETURNS" signs between the entrance and the register I was at.

Great store for casual clothes, kitchen and bath. Nice selection vs other area big box stores. Most frustrating are the long long long lines any time of day : - ( Wish they had more lanes open!

Came in with 4 Sephora gift cards and over a $60 purchase today only to be told that they cannot take my gift cards! Apparently this “Sephora” will only take a Kohl’s-Sephora GC that has yet to be rolled out. Therefore, kind of useless… put everything back and will go to a real location to redeem my gift cards. Poor planning Kohls!

To be honest, I've sworn off Kohl's after that crappy move they made taking "My Pillow" items off their shelves because they don't like the owners political views, but, I needed a dress shirt fast so I had to relent.So I got what I went there to get, a dress shirt.Waited in line and was finally called to register 3, manned by "Carol"Carol was cleaning the counter with a cleaner spray, no problem, but absolutely no sense of urgency, she took her time...whatever.When it came to ringing up my shirt, she instructed me to lay it on the counter...on top of the wet cleaner.When I politely made a comment about the counter being wet, she mumbled something incoherent and was clearly aggravated.Carol had one of the worst attitudes I've seen in retail, which, Kohl's really needs to avoid after the $hit move they made with a Christian business owner they just didn't agree with. Even my wife was shocked at her demeanor.Get your act together Kohl's!
