Some of the employees watch you while you shop making it seem like you’re going to steal something. I was at the school supplies section and the female employee that is less than 5 feet with burgundy colored hair and a bob haircut was stocking up. I accidentally dropped an item and she gave the me a death stare. The female employee should’ve asked me if I was alright instead of stalking me. Not professional at all. I don’t appreciate being watched like I’m about to steal something. Never coming back because why would I support a business that treats me like a thief.

Only 2 cashiers in the whole place that are friendly the rest have major attitude problems especially the fake blonde named carrie, today I went into her line after someone else would rather wait then go into her line (I see why now) Carrie had a nasty attitude, slamming things on the counter, ignoring my request for paper bags and finally as I was loading the bags up she yelled at me telling me not to go anywhere. Mind you my phone was right on the counter and I was about to walk back over to finish paying. This lady is absolutely miserable, I would avoid her at all costs.

The service in this store is terrible. They are very discriminatory and have a bad attitude towards customers. They roll their eyes at customers and give them a cold look when they ask more questions. I’m never coming here again because of that one employee.

The store is terrible and it’s clear the people running it don’t care. I’ve gone in to find products expired. Ice cream that melted and put in the freezers. Always have at least one thing I need out of stock. Also I don’t recommend using their order online pick up service. My husband and I used it numerous times. There was always an issue. Bad produce, wrong items or items I didn’t even order. Sometimes, they claim they didn’t have an item but I went in the store on the same day and they had plenty. My husband has made complaints to the manager about the pick service but nothing changes. Cause like I said nobody cares.

Unfortunately I have to agree with so many others about this location. Unfortunately today when I tried to help pack my groceries , I received extremely poor service from the bagger. Who denied my help during the packing process. The person at the register provided terrible service. Even after spending almost $300.00 it seems to me that most of the employees are doing us a favor. How embarrassing! You could do better!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences since I've been shopping here. From start to finish, the cashier was completely rude the entire transaction. I take the time to organize everything I purchase when placing them on the belt by Category (ex), can goods with can goods refrigerated with refrigerated, and so on. She proceeded to scan everything, so Rapidly has if she was doing me a favor, throwing all items to the point where all the grapes came out of the bag. No apologies or acknowledgment of her mistake. She obviously needs some retraining in customer service and management like always nowhere to be found.

Disgusting, filthy, smelly, and low quality produce/meats. Hoping this store goes out of business and Trumbull gets a Big Y or Shop Rite in place of it. Employees are rude and likely underpaid/undervalued.

Love Hate Relationship. The self check-out machines drive me nuts, but it's close, convenient, and with coupons can be reasonable. Although I would really prefer Big Y or Shop Rite

It’s unfortunate that this is the only grocery store choice in town. It’s sad in there, and poorly staffed. The produce is hit or miss.
