They cannot do anything that matters except sell you a phone with service. Anything else. Get in the 6-1-1 line. There's no sim charge but they will charge you $35 to move the Sim over to your new phone.

Some employees are just rude and don't seem like they have any interest in being there. Never an enjoyable time having to go there. If you can get whatever you need done online please do it and save yourself the aggravation.

Very bad service, they left me waiting 20 minutes after being served. Just to put a replacement glass protector on my phone. I left the store upset, it is a lack of respect according to the insurance and it was only a glass replacement! They never attended to me, I left upset

This location is absolutely horrible. Every time I have ever gone here it’s bad . I’m big on giving chances but it’s not gonna get better until you have better people . Visited this location this afternoon and the guy who was speaking to me was so rude. If you don’t like people customer service jobs aren’t gonna be your thing. Won’t be coming back here ever.

Ryan stayed on his phone texting the hold time gave me the wrong phone didn't help programming my phone, they take care of multiple customers at the same time NO individual customer service. I would never recommend this place!

Amazing service! Great team. I switched from Verizon after 20 years and I love the Tmobile. The manager Joshua and Jennifer took care of me I was so impressed how fast I was in and out! Thank you.

I didn’t go to this store just want to plant a seed. Doesn’t anyone think it’s suspicious that the main thing being upgraded on phones is the Camara? Yeah phones are definitely tracking devices

Wow, never in my life have I ever visit in a T-Mobile store and get treated me like family. Even tho i was there for about an hour and i gotta say that’s the best service I’ve received at any cell phone provider. definitely the place to go if you’re looking for great service and the best deals.

Bryan and Yaya are amazing and took care of us. It wasn't easy as one switched from Verizon, one person from sprint and one from metro pcs! They are great and so helpful!

Christopher W. at T-Mobile was the most amazing and interesting sales rep. I’ve ever encountered. He not only gave me 4 phone lines for an amazing price but he also included exciting and ambitious deals that words could not describe. Christopher practically gave me the deed to the store. I highly suggest using him and only him, Chris W., for any of your T-Mobile dealings. He’ll definitely make you rethink life and technology;)

T-Mobile is great, especially the store in the Trumbull Mall. Haniel is the best customer service person I've ever dealt with. He answered all my questions. Plus he gave me the ring tone I wanted for a very long time. Haniel deserves an award for the excellent job performance. I have to say working with Evelyn and Natalie was one of the best experiences I have ever dealt with in a wireless store. They made it easy ,fun and educated me at the same time during my visit. They made coming from Verizon very easy and painless. Looking forward to dealing with them in the future and wanted to say Thank you both along with T-Mobile.
