The workers there are incredibly rude my girlfriend was looking for a shirt that she had seen secondings of being there and asked a girl with braids she was African American and tall with glasses and she went to to talk to the other worker who was short with blonde like braids and they started laughing and told her the shirt wasn’t in story then moments later she found the shirt that they said wasn’t in stories they kept walking around her laughing the whole time very much high school behavior and childish and my girlfriend has been shopping here for years and has never encountered people so ignorant like this, we will be shopping at the Milford mall location the Trumbull mall workers are so childish and inappropriate

After having a disappointing experience at another location ( Milford ) , I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service at the Trumbull, CT store. Everyone here was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience.
I made sure to take down all the girls’ names because they were all so wonderful—thank you Jeanie, Regine, Paris, and Mikayla for your exceptional assistance! I truly appreciate how attentive and friendly you all were.
I will definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to my family and friends. Thank you again for making my visit such a positive one!

Honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The store was stupid hot like they had the heat cranked all the way up (it’s almost June). I came in to do a return and the girl who rang me out asked for my email, when I bought the dress I didn’t need my email. When I told her I don’t have and don’t want an account she said “it’s required for returns” I gave her my email and she then asked for my name and phone number. I again expressed I did not want rewards and she goes “I can turn the emails off”. It’s whatever, but it’s the fact I said I didn’t want it and being a retail manager myself I know it’s not required. Then she said she couldn’t accept my return bc “it’s a special event dress” and that they should have told me when I bought it. They didn’t and I never wore the dress, never even took it out of the bag so it shouldn’t have been an issue. The manager allowed me to return it which is worth a star but it was a headache.
So this is your warning: the store is SUPER hot, they’re very pushy w rewards and don’t buy a special event dress unless you are 100% set on it

Walking into the store I was shopping for an event I was very impressed with the store presentation the store was organized and clean .The store manager Jeanie was amazing she made me feel welcomed & very comfortable with my selection of attire. The staff was super friendly and very helpful will definitely return soon.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible store. Don't waste your time here. Whoever the employee working the fitting room was on 9/16 deserves to be fired. She was nasty to not only me but other customers. I am giving this a one star rating because there's no option for 0 stars. Absolute trash. Will never be shopping here pr recommending it to anyone ever again.
