“My experience with all purpose and your representative have been brilliant and and especially my last one was just so great for me and my wife. My wife is stationed in Kuwait right now and I needed to temporarily turn off the auto pay just in case additional funds were needed for the return. The army is not paying for that. He's retirement age and they were going to keep him in and send them. Another 3 years in the first place was Yemen for a year and a half. You know it's in the war zone right now. + It's really vital to get them home and you're representative was so kind and understanding and professional as you always have been.. I moved out to New York State a year and a half ago from Connecticut Montville.
Your rep there has always you know. Worked with me through this transition and I'm just really fortunate that your storage company is the one that I chose and that you have such wonderful professional people working for you. They're everything that I can ever hope for in that and I just told my rep that helped me today that she should get 100 out of a 10 rating system cuz she more of them deserves it because they've been so vital and important and I appreciate the understanding and support that your representative has given me today. “A great and safe place to store your treasures. The pricing is good and the units are neat and clean. You don't have to worry about dented or rusted doors that are extremely hard to slide open, not here. One in particular employee, manager by the name of Jesse, is extremely helpful, friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the storage industry but better, he helps you with pricing and getting into the unit that'll fit your needs. “This is a very clean and trustworthy storage facility ! We had a unit for a year recently while we were out of state , even though it’s not climate controlled , we had zero issues with any damage to our items. The price is extremely reasonable and the staff was always friendly and helpful.”

Many calls and no container. One call to Aarons and less than a week later, I received my container, paid on delivery. The driver was amazing, made it look easy.”

“Just got rid of the unit we had. Very friendly staff. I had left a bunch of trash outside of the building. Saw her 2 days after doing told her it was mine and that I will have it moved by the end of the week. She said thanks for letting me know cause I was about to check the tapes. She said now that she knows to take my time. Even told me they had dumpsters but couldn't be used for 3 weeks and you have to flatten all boxes. Alot of places wouldn't tell upu something like this. Great staff”

“It's been a rough couple of years and with Rat attacks from the local restaurants dumping bio crap over fences it was so difficult to keep predators out and homeless population, but there were very difficult times through out the year when the bill got out of hand, including burying my son, but these guys were patient and understanding and gave us time to catch up on the back rent, now that it's changed owners I have seen some major improvements to the grounds and upkeep, prices are very competitive, and you can't beat the human and humane responses. I will take that with spiders and whatever else over robots any day! Good luck and God bless! Atrium storage is the best choice for us by far. Thanks ?”
