“I would highly recommend John & Matt and the team at AutoMedics. The dealership my mother brought her car to said she needed to have the turbo replaced and it was going to cost $4000+. We decided to take the car to John & Matt for a second opinion. So glad we did! They looked at her car and figured out it was only a valve that connected to the turbo that needed to be replaced. “Paul has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Quick story to show what a great guy he is: when I was younger and living with my mother (who had serious health issues) we lived up the road from his shop (about 1/4 of a mile). When I wasnt able to bring her car to the shop for her Paul would walk and pick up her car for her and once it was done would drop it off and walk back. You just wont find this type of thing with mechanics and certainly not the OWNER of the shop doing it.
Paul is an honest mechanic with service that is top notch. When I have something I cant do myself he is my first call. Don't hesitate to come here! If it was possible Id give 10 stars!”

Brenda the owner is an angel - she went above and beyond when my car was totaled while traveling from out of state passing thru Mass. she gave me a hug and bags to take all my belongings in. She gave me advice all along the way which was a huge help since this has never happened to me. She treated the situation as if it were her own. Her team was so nice - they gave my 3 yr old a snack and they set us up with a rental car delivered to us! They made an awful event so sooo much better. Everything was so quick and we were back on the road within 2 hrs which is unreal! They helped take off the camping rack and held it so my father in law could travel to get it. Also mailed some small belongings I left in the car back to me. Like I said - cannot thank them enough !!!! “I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

“Wonderful, and structured garage. The staff is very polite, and professional.
The work was handled great, they were very efficient. My truck needed a brake line fix, battery, catalytic sensor, rotors, sticker.
They did what I asked, which was whatever was needed to do it. So if some stuff was done that I could have worked on myself, is not their fault. I'm very satisfied, and would recommend them to anyone.

“I stopped by Pomfret Tire today to inquire about repairing or replacing my front backhoe tire. First off they unloaded the tire from my truck, inspected the inside and outside of the tire and rim and determined that a tube would solve my low air problem. They didn't try to sell me a new tire, just honest evaluation of my problem.
