Honesty is doing the right thing even when no one is looking — that’s integrity.
And unfortunately, nothing about this situation shows integrity.
I bought a brand-new tire from you, and that tire caused thousands of dollars in damage to my suspension. I did most of the repair work myself, and even then I was overcharged during a moment when I was vulnerable — stranded from a flat just two miles down the road, after driving on it because I had no choice.
This isn’t how a reputable business treats people.
This isn’t honesty.
This isn’t integrity.
And I’m not going to pretend it is.

Called about getting a tire plugged and the gentleman who answered couldn’t have been more rude. Said “he didn’t want to get involved”. Worst customer service ever. Can’t imagine being in a small town and turning down business.
Wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies.

Cannot say enough great things about them! We were on our way for vacation and tire pressure light/flat tire came on. He took care of us even though he didn’t have a tire. He put our spare donut on and called and found a tire for us. Above and beyond. Thank you thank you!!! We are safely on our way again ?

Been using these guys for the past 25 years since I moved into the area forgot to get new tires for the boat trailer this week called them this morning. Had them in stock was driving by the area anyways and picked them up. The owner reminded me the last minute that I might need a new valve stems when I install the new tires this afternoon and he was certainly right they saved the day and the weekend. Thank you. Great guys to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Got a screw in our tire on the highway. They patched it in 5 minutes and we were on our way. Never been so pleased to have car trouble.

The family and I had a Blow out down the line on our RV heading to Maine for a week long camping trip. We pulled up to open arms , jokes and help! The guys got me squared up with 2 new tires and got us on the way! Great service, like stepping back in time with great people Who want to help! I hope they see this cause it was appreciated and if ever in my situation in, this is the spot off 84! On the border!!!!

My husband, my daughter, and myself were coming home from a trip to Boston/Salem and our car overheated multiple times. We were trying to get back home to NJ. The closest place we could get to was Chappell Tire Service. They were booked solid for the day. Despite this, the mechanic took time to look at our vehicle and helped us. They even let us all use their bathroom. If he hadn't looked at our vehicle and fixed it, we would have probably been stuck/or it would have taken much longer to get home. We are very thankful. He did a great job and we were able to get home because of it. I would recommend this business to anyone. Great service, exceptional work!
