*side note* if you're not familiar with prices, ask first. I was a little taken aback by the $42 total ... Haven't used a dry cleaner in ages.

“Found this to be a basic laundromat, no techy bells and whistles, very well kept, and reasonably priced. The owner was very helpful with tips, and obviously takes pride in keeping his establishment clean and in good repair. I stayed till closing, and saw him fixing machines and mopping floors. Very friendly, pleasant place!”

“The lady at the counter is super nice. Cozy seats area, , TV, magazines to read. Snacks beverages machines and the best part, you can pay with your own debit/credit card, no those laundry specific cards you can only use at one location and need to recharge. Cash machine available and great variety of laundry detergents, softeners, etc. I love it here and always feel welcome.”

“I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a small, quiet, clean, peaceful vibe to get your laundry done. Machines are wonderful, they are inexpensive and super up to date. They have a very friendly staff who are all eyes on deck. I came in earlier with my two kids who were helping and they forgot to tell me about one more machine I didn’t start up for washing. That was at noon. At 7:15 pm I called, someone responded quickly and they were super nice. Looked for my clothes and everything. I came back and boom! Clothes were in a washer but dirty. Of course I started them up. Both ladies were kind, compassionate and relatable. I enjoy this place.”

The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful, provided assistance to me when needed and ensuring that I had a positive experience. The prices were also very reasonable, making it affordable to get my laundry done.
I appreciated the amenities offered at Rosie’s such as free Wi-Fi, tv, and a vending machine. These extras made the time spent doing laundry more enjoyable and convenient.

“I got two items altered. They have an 18 flat rate for all hemming alterations for pants; which is nice and affordable! and they only charged me $30 to alter a dress I was going to wear to a wedding. Cheapest tailors I’ve ever been to in Connecticut! I’ve inquired with other tailors who charge $50, $120, etc for the same alterations I got done here. You can’t beat the price! Plus the lady that’s usually at the front is super nice and accommodating! I’ll come back if I need services in the future.Service: Alterations”

“Management here is the best. I came back to grab my clothes to find my basket, which already had some items in it was gone. I thought someone had stolen it naturally, but they took the time to go over the footage and show me it was a simple mishap. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue for me. They’re responsive if you need help, which is surprising for a 24hr laundromat. The place is clean and machines work well. Thanks guys.”
