If you like Fees this is the bank for you. The have took there last dollar from my family. The just took $5 from my 9 year olds bank account for not enough activity. I’ve been a member since the 90s and I have had enough. I’m moving my money out this week. Poor banking

I had two cashier checks clearly get lost in the mail. The staff at the Vernon branch were fantastic. I want to thank Yamil for his help. He was strategic in his problem solving and did a great job reducing my stress.

I deposited a check and funds not available for over a week....not sure why. They have no problem sucking the money out in less than an hour when a purchase is made....oh and the deposited check already cleared the other bank.

Worst customer service in banking. Did my damndest to resolve a check deposit issue. It's a valid check from a well known business.Been there over 25 years. I am angry that when the check was in question, they didn't call me. Good bye AEFCU!

On sept 21 The outside atm went down during my transaction and never deposited my money and never gave back either...I do have an error receipt of the incident and after a dozen emails and speaking with someone on the phone the situation has still not been fixed.

So far, so good. I came here after having enough of the assimilating borg bank of United People's M&T whatever. Online setup is super easy, getting my debit set up at the branch was cake (bring proof of address). All the employees were very pleasant and helpful. Fees and their restrictions are much lower. The location, itself, was also very nice. I was at my last bank for about fifteen years. Hopefully this one breaks the record.

Easy transfers, transactions and deposits. Staff is friendly. Great place for kid's first savings.

If there was 0 stars I would give it. Teller didn’t explain my options just went ahead and processed my check and now I can’t access my money. A good teller explains options (especially when they know you need money back) & sees which options are best for you. Especially since I did have other options. Would not recommend coming here. EVERY other AEFCU I’ve been too has way better customer service.

Andre was very nice! But there was a light brunette woman with glasses who was about 50 years old who was extremely rude. I said “excuse me,” because I had a question when I first walked in and the woman turned around and said “what” very rudely. Very glad that I was able to meet with Andre instead of that woman.

Worlds worst phone experience ever. Just want to ask the branch one simple question. Don't want to walk in for COVID purposes for a simple question, and it's literally impossible to get ANYONE on the phone. YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US, means nothing when you're on hold for 30 minutes at 9am. Their customer service sux. I expect better.
