“Highly recommend! We moved and do to the move and the container, there was damage to one our furniture pieces. Since the furniture line no longer exists we couldn’t find a whole new man’s chest. We found this place through google search and they were actually responsive and able to fix something that wasn’t an antique! We were amazed at how well it came out, it’s as if nothing ever happened. Thank you so much furniture clinic! We will definitely return and recommend to anyone else who needs furniture fixed!”
“I adore this antique shop. Always a treasure to be found and a fun experience looking through the vast selection of high quality, unique antiques. The owner, Jarrett, is so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this gem of a shop!”
“really cute place! loved the records they had there, some pretty good stuff. the little frog in the front was super cute and the lady working there was super nice!”
“I inherited a table and rocking chair from four generations - unfortunately they were coated with varnish. I brought both to Perfect Finish and I absolutely LOVE the finished product!!
The rocking chair is very comfortable and I loved the upholstery on it. TJ tried to find a comparable piece of fabric but knew I hated to lose what was on it, so he suggested I try to find a cleaner and stress it could not shrink. TJ also found ribbing that matched as much as possible what had been on it.
I cannot praise enough the labor-intensive work this family owned business does. They are wonderful to work with and the final product is perfect!
I believe my before and after pictures speak for themselves, and perfect hand-sanding and staining work done at Perfect Finish!”
“Super cute little thrift store that raises money for The Village. Run by friendly volunteers, you'll find clothes, shoes, purses, household items, jewelry, and books. Plenty of off street parking available. See photo for hours. Go support a good cause and find something you just have to have ?”
“This place had all sorts of bric or bracs, treats and other special items. My second time here. You would definitely find something here that would peek your interest for sure for yourself or for a friend or family member. The upstairs was also very cool, lots of old interesting antiques. It also gave you the feeling of what the house was like back when people lived there. If you have never been, it would be something to checkout. If your in the area, and into places like this.”
“Best hidden gem in CT! Get ready to find great deals on multiple interesting items. I find amazing things browsing around the shop a couple times a week. You never know what your going to find. Highly recommend going in often as their inventory constantly changes with new items. Important to note: ALWAYS fair to deal with- buying or selling. Super helpful honest staff with a fun & friendly atmosphere you will want to stay a while!”
“The outside is very deceptive, it looks like it would be a small little shop, but when you walk in you'll realize the business extends far back into the building. If you're an antique lover you'll lose your cool walking in here. The selection of items is rather staggering. Great old furniture, nick knacks, jewelry, watches, an impressive assortment of odds and ends. It's easy to lose track of time while browsing around in there. Picked up a couple of Tom Jones vinyl records and they're awesome. She's a lady! Whoa whoa whoa, she's a lady!”

“Always a variety of collectibles and antiques every week. I've bought items at a competitive price. We are lucky to live 15 minutes away. It would be a great spot for a food truck!”
