We had the same part fail twice within a very short time period. The original part was under warranty but we were not interested in putting on another part that might break and wanted to upgrade. We went to our local autozone who didn't have the new part and they sent us to the Vernon store. At Vernon, Javi and Ryan were very helpful and were able to return the old part and put the price toward the new part. Very helpful and great service!

I needed 2 rivet clips for the fender trim on my Jeep and even took the trim piece with me into the store. I stood in front of the occupied counter while the employee played on his phone for a few min before asking what I needed. I told him and he pointed to the row where the parts were displayed. There were hundreds of the little plastic clips and rivets but I looked for a while before going back to the desk where he was still playing on his phone and ask if he would be able to tell me which was the correct piece for my need. He huffed before saying "I won't know" to which I replied 'never mind then, I'm sorry I asked'. He mumbled something and went back to his phone. I continued to look for a few more minutes but gave up and left. Another employee saw and heard this whole exchange and he looked embarrassed at his coworkers behavior but said nothing. Who knows, maybe the ignorant/rude person was the manager and the employee dared not speak up. I have been to this store before and had very good and friendly service but I will NEVER be back.

Well long story short ,They would not let me return a part that I did not use that was still in it's box and as a matter of fact never left the front seat of my truck.And so they open the box and said the part was used.I told them that I did not open the box and did not use these parts because I had bought to many and did not need them repeatedly. They insisted that I did use them .So if you sell me a part that has been used then acusme of using it Do not call a customer a lier and expect them to ever use your bissness again.

I always have a great experience only thing I don't like at this AutoZone is that Dylan and Michael are not around much and it's harder to get stuff done because all the other guys don't know how to do commercial stuff so if they make both of those guys available for more hours it will be much appreciated

I went in to have my battery changed in my key and it didn't work. Juan offered to help me and as he looked at my battery showed me corrosion on my battery ..he explained what I needed to do and got my car jumped and running...he was caring and kind. I am in customer service myself and he is one of a kind!! Kudos to Juan

The staff was very helpful with the battery that we were told needed to be replaced after the vehicle was tested showed failed need new battery. We left to see if we could solve the issue with a warranty or without paying $300-$460 just for the cost of the battery alone no labor. After bringing it home I checked to see if the components needed to be cleaned off & the vehicle has been running properly ever since. The rep did suggest we tried this first to save us money.
