This is the best Bank of America I have ever been too! Eric Almeida and the rest of the staff here is absolutely fantastic. Eric walked me through all my options with setting up my business bank account and was super personable. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for an amazing team, make sure you come to this BOA. I was blown away by my experience here. Their customer service was absolutely phenomenal!

I meet with Diego Proano to resolve a matter which required a notary. Diego was courteous and professional. The computer system was not operating that afternoon. However, he was able to get the required information, provide notary assistance and also helped get the documents faxed. Great customer service!!

Not a good choice for business banking!I have been a customer with Bank of America and specifically this branch since 2015. All was good until I opened up my new business account with them.After about three weeks the new business account was closed by the bank. I have no reason as to why and just been given the runaround as to what happened. Because they closed my account payroll bounced a couple of times because I didn’t know the account was even closed. And a month later the bank still has $1500 that has just disappeared?!?The staff used to all be friendly to me when I went into the bank and now when I walk in it’s like I have COVID - everybody runs in the opposite direction. And honestly I’ve been pretty patient throughout the whole process because I thought that they would make it right.The bank can apparently close your account. They do not have to give you a reason. (Even if you have been in good standing for years.) And they can hold some or all of the money that was in the accounts.And in order to get it back you have to call multiple different places and talk to various different call centers and branch managers just to get my money back. The money that i put into the account the money that I trusted the bank with.Save yourself a headache use a different bank!

pointless bank as it is NEVER open. long wait times, no drive through teller. employees are nice though.

The staff is friendly here but this branch is constantly closing, seems like a monthly thing and is very inconvenient. When you call the phone just rings. The branch in manchester, CT is open but the line to get in is wrapped around the building and the wait times to get in are ridiculous.
