Went in this location today to withdraw at teller and was informed by manager that she could not provide the amount requested which was less than the $10k limit with no explanation why I could not withdraw my funds. She was rude abrasive and dismissive. Said she didn't know withdrawal limits and didn't have no way of getting my $ which was confirmed in my account to me. Spoke with chase customer service filed complaint with supervisor and was informed teller are allowed to provide cash up to $10k for the day no reason she should have lied and not provided me my $. Funds was to pay for getting my driveway done. Been with chase about 8 years now never experienced situation like this before. In location atm max is $3k withdraw the driveway service was $6k! I should have been able to withdraw $6k since its clearly in my account to pay for the service done.
