The tech who cared for me was fine (5 stars for her) but the facility seriously lacks in quality care. There are zero signs to the lab until you see a printed sheet on the inner suite door. The CLS lab is inside the Trinity Health Care suite on the left side of the building. There is a sign-in sheet on a table and a button to push to let them know you're there (doesn't seem to work). I had called the phone number provided to check hours but it doesn't even ring. They're only there on Mondays and Thursdays. They break for lunch. My provider who sent me there had none of this information, just the phone number that doesn't even connect. It really sucks when a healthcare provider neglegently cause you completely unnecessary stress.

After being denied same day appointment with quest for an infusion two days later. I ran next door to ECHN lab. They were very accommodating.

This place seems to be ALWAYS closed. Even when you have an appointment and have to check in online, you arrive to a sign on the door that they aren’t open. It’d be nice if they could send out a notice to people with appointments before driving there that they aren’t open…
