I walked in worried cause I was late for work. The employee I think he was like a manager asked what's wrong. As soon I explained the situation he was like don't worry we will help you. Took me right in and began working on my car. I told him the amount I had he said don't worry we got you. They treated me fabulous. I Really don't like to do these reviews on where to take your car but I had to bite my tongue and do this one. I had gone to 3 other places in Vernon ct and they kept giving me the run around. Also they were trying to sell me what I didn't need. This place didn't do that. There friendly and get to the point. Mind you I'm from ny. They treated me with respect. I told my friends and family and they now plan on giving them also a chance with there vehicles. I will visit this site again even if I have to drive 80 miles back. You don't find places like this

We had been looking for a decent mechanic for years. We kept getting scumbags and/or companies that didn't understand how communication works. This place is by far the best we have encountered. The communicate everything. They say things in a way that the common person can understand so an educated decision can be made on what to fix on the vehicle. Love this place. We just found out new mechanics!!

Horrible experience. I dropped my ford escape off to get a new lower ball joint and radiator. When I picked my vehicle up the alignment was totally off (it was not before) so I had to leave my car there an extra day. Fast forward 4 months and my radiator is bad again. 1200$ for my car to still be broke.

Vernon Firestone is always first on my list for all things Automotive Service related. I have been a customer since ~1995 or so and throughout the years I have moved further and further away from this facility but I still travel when important service is required.The main reason I come back consistently over the years is the two fair, reasonable, trustworthy and overall top-notch guys who have been at this facility for 30 years: Steve and Mark. Keep up the great work guys!
