The store is very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly. What I don't like is the prices that are over five dollars. Now the store doesn't stand out to me, like it would if prices were five and less. There is plenty of free parking.

This place is the worst. Treat your customers better, of all ethnic backgrounds. Following and harassing customers, I hope you all get shut down. Or hire new employees who are not racist. Somethings got to change here.

An employee wearing glasses followed my sister and I through the whole store. He even checked out our items for us even though it’s self checkout. Clearly thought we were stealing. It was hard to enjoy ourselves being followed. Terrible. Never returning. We’ll make sure others know about this behavior of this employee.

Today there was a woman doing stock for the tshirts. I saw one I knew I needed to have. She asked me what size if she was to find that box. About 10 minutes later she came over with the shirt in hand. It literally made my day!!! Thank you again. Your employees are always top notch with customer service.

The employees are great ! But the inventory needs to be checked. Y'all are selling faulty electronics. Brought up the price to sell us cheaper built items. Shouldn't be called 5 below anymore. Bought a pair of head phones.faulty ear piece. Exchanged for a new one to do the same thing.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Waited a long time for the manager to get there to help me with a problem that they created, completely out of my control and they didn’t help either. Will NEVER shop this location.

Always greeted when entering and leaving the store. Good customer service, store is clean, good selection .

Less busy than Manchester but either have cashiers or don't. Most people don't need - nor do they want - someone telling them which register they're allowed to use when all are open and they're paying with a card. They also don't want to be asked to purchase a bag when they're literally carrying the one or two items they're buying.PS: I *prefer* self checkout but one of the appeals is not having to talk to employees unless there's a problem.
