I wanted to comment after seeing other negative comments. I have only been a Key customer for a couple of years and have accounts at other nearby banks and a credit union, and most of my banking is done on-line, but I have always had great service at this branch, comparable or better than my other banks. I came in today 20 minutes before the branch closed to open a new account and again it was done quickly with friendly and accurate customer service.

The worst Key bank branch ever. The workers are so nonchalant. They just don’t care about customer service. I am trying to get some documents to my underwriters and every time I go there, they are not helpful. The staff makes you feel stupid if you ask them simple questions. They barely answer you. I requested my transaction history and statement history from them and they told me they are not allowed to stamp it and date it. I went to the closest Key Bank branch less than 10 miles away and they provided me with everything I needed. I am thinking about closing my account because they are not helpful and I can’t keep driving to a different town anytime I need something from my bank

I went to this bank today when there was a lull in the heavy rainfall, there was a sign on the door saying that they were closed temporarily and directing customers to two nearest branches, and that their ATM was available 24/7. Great, I just needed to deposit cash, no the ATM is saying temporarily out of order and so was the drive through ATM, we can see two female staff members, one with her bare feet propped up in the desk, who made eye contact with me then turned her back on me and the guy trying to ask about depositing his bank bag!! Like we can see you, look at us and then ignore us, uncouth and unprofessional behavior

Great staff! James, one of the bankers, helped me with an issue on my account. Very understanding to my situation and helpful to explain my options. I’ve been with Key Bank for many years and have been very happy with them.

The slowest drive up on gods green earth. Don’t even bother unless you have 30 -50 minutes to wait in line. Use online banking to deposit a check instead, sure it might take 4-5 businesses days but that’s quicker than the drive up window.

Came here to leave a positive review since there’s too many people who only come on here to leave negative reviews. I’m actually pretty shocked their rating is so low. This has been my go-to bank for a while now and I always have a great experience with the tellers. Separately, I want to recognize one of their tellers- Olivia Reis. She is absolutely phenomenal in all aspects. Every single time, she has greeted myself and others with a warm welcome. She is so friendly and genuine and really lights up the room. I always get super quick service from her. You guys are truly lucky to have a gem like her!

Forth time receiving poor customer service from banker Paro. Only interested in signing/opening new accounts. Not interested in helping or understanding your needs and makes up policy rules. This is verified because I'm able to complete my requests through the KeyBank customer service afterwards.

I tried to make a purchase for $500 on Best Buy online. This was an item that had been out of stock for months, and I was so excited to finally be able to purchase. My card was declined with no explanation. A half hour later, I get a text asking if this was me. At that point, my item was sold out again. When I called Key Bank, they made me DRIVE TO THE BANK to verify my info and unlock my card. Even with giving them my social and all info, they still wouldn't unlock my card. Wasted my time driving to the bank to unlock my card for NO REASON. When asked how to prevent my card from being denied again, they said there's nothing they can do. It may happen, it may not. I am switching banks now, hopefully if you have a purchase online that you really need right away, Key Bank won't lock you out and make you drive to the location to unlock your card to USE YOUR OWN MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM KEY BANK. GARBAGE SERVICE. Also, get a bank with an app that works. Half the time the app won't load, you' d think in 2021 they'd figure out a way to make it efficient. Happily will never recommend or use Key Bank again. Thankful that so many others feel this way.

I had an excellent experience applying for a mortgage at this location. Kate (personal banker) explained all of my options and how Key determines affordability. I also worked with MacKenzie (loan originator), who responds very quickly and always follows through. This was the first and only place I inquired for my mortgage and I'm glad I did! I also have an auto loan with Key.I'm surprised by all of these negative reviews. People are more likely to spend their energy writing a review if their experience was poor, rather than positive. It's clear that many don't understand or lack the patience to understand that company policies are out of control of the employees.

STAY way from this HUGE bank! They will say they sent something out they did not and will do nothing but keep our money or charge us a penalty of over 1000. We have banked with this bank for years since it was Savings Bank of Manchester. Terrible, terrible attitude here. Stay away!!!!
