Hands-down, the best Tire facility in the state of Connecticut. Today I brought my vehicle in that I had tires put on by a national facility in the spring of 2023. After bringing the vehicle back to this facility, three different times always to get the same result a wobble between 68 and 72 miles an hour in one tire I was fed up I just had work done on my other work vehicle by John at Maple tire. It was very pleased with the results. He became highly regarded and recommended Today they took all four tires off my vehicle and did a full analysis. They identified the spot on the one tire that had a manufacturer defect They spent about 25 minutes on my car. Jon, then recommended I take my car back to the original story about the tires from to have it replaced. Jon did not charge me for the work done on my vehicle . I just left the national chain that I bought the original tire from and they are replacing it tomorrow afternoon. Thank you, John. Highly recommend Maple Tire

I went to Maple Tire Center for a second opinion on an expensive alignment repair quote I got elsewhere. John took my car in right at the scheduled appointment time and went to work assessing the situation. When he finished, he explained what he found and what he did. He showed me a printout of the specs, and recommended what I should do next. He said, “don’t do anything all is fine.” Talk about integrity! Enough said.

Honest, friendly, professional. They'll take care of you.
I had completely forgotten that the tire I had bought from them recently (and carelessly popped on a curb) came with free replacement under 25% tread wear. They could've easily taken advantage of my forgetfulness and turned my day around by showing there's still integrity to be found out there. John's the man.
