For a short period I worked closely with a dog groomer, so I know what to look for in a good quality groom. She always comes back clean and dry, with clean ears and trim nails. They’re very efficient too, especially when you’re in a rush to get to work.”

Staff are very knowledgeable and pretty friendly and professional. Will also say patient, took the time to answer all the questions we had. Even when we kept coming back with more after seeing the Dragonets 🤣 something we are gonna look into and feel confident with how helpful the staff are here.
I was gifted a drip line that they had made when I went in looking for one bc mine online was delayed, even was given some free Malaysian trumpet snails when I went in looking for them specifically.
I've only had a few losses, three snails I got passed shortly after I got them, but after calling and speaking with Elijah I was offered to come in tomorrow for replacement! But my spikey Nerite, amano and Pinnochio shrimp I got through them are thriving 🩵
So overall think they have amazing customer service, amazing tanks and livestock and amazing staff!! Will continue to do my business here, especially when getting ready for the Dragonets”

“The gentleman who helped me pick out the proper tank and equipment for my new roommate (a handsome, betta named Viscount Pandemonium) was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pandemonium survived the journey to his knew home and appears to be acclimating just fine! He's a curious little fish who seems to enjoy watching me almost as much as I enjoy watching him. But enough about Pandemonium! Animal city is wonderful. I would definitely recommend checking it out. ^.^
BREAKING NEWS! Marmalaude, a highly competent, no nonsense, German putz frau has arrived at the Viscount's manor. As expected, she got to work immediately tidying up the tank. The Viscount is keeping his distance. I can't say I blame him. Marmalaude gives off strong German efficiency vibes. The Viscount will do well to stay out of her way... but he IS curious!
