Front desk staff are always cheerful and polite. Very clean facility with plenty of space and equipment. A very welcoming place for any fitness level.

Nice place to work out, and people at the front desk are good and greet you. Very clean, patrons are very respectful. My only qualm is that some of the ladies tend to dress scantily and is distracting. I'm not saying they should dress like nuns but you're there to work out and not a fashion show showing your skin tight shorts and butt cheeks.

It is very clean and the staff is pleasant. The equipment is well maintained. Nice atmosphere to workout for both genders and at any age!

This gym is unbearably hot and its been a problem for years. From what I hear- someone up above won’t fix the issue. It’s a safety hazard.
Response to the Owner: I think this is part of the problem- you’re the Owner, telling me (a patron) to speak to the Manager. YOU’RE THE OWNER- I think you have more pull than I do.
I actually have spoken to multiple employees about the problem. Including someone who I believe may have been a manager. (they wore a black shirt). And they expressed to me that they were having a hard time getting someone (perhaps it’s the landlord) to do anything about the issue.

Mike kindly pointed me in the correct direction of the shoulder press machine. He is a very respectful employee. Nice smooth machines as well.

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and I still love it! The staff are very nice and friendly, they recognize their regulars and make time to make each person feel special! Place is very clean especially the bathrooms and changing areas! They also have a good range of equipment to use which is all well maintained
