In September I called to make an appointment to have a recall repaired along with some other issues to be assessed. (Tire pressure sensor, airbag light, keypad on the door doesn’t light up and a vibrating sound coming from the cowell) I was told they were booking into October-fair-my issues weren’t critical. I did not receive any type of communication regarding the appointment being scheduled nor a reminder-which I understand is a courtesy. I arrived for my 8am appointment about 750, I entered into the sales department-never being at this business in the past I was unsure where to go. There was one female worker in an office who noticed me standing in the doorway after about 5 minutes. She made no attempt to wave, say goodmorning, tell me someone will be with me, literally nothing. I walked outside and saw gentleman walking in to the parts entrance-he directed me where to go. Once checked in I handed over my keys and left. At 4pm-8 hours later I have heard nothing. I call them to be told the vehicle has not even been evaluated. I was simply told “we are running behind from yesterday’s appointment so we haven’t gotten to yours yet” at this point my vehicle was in their custody for 8 hours. This probably could have been communicated at drop off. I found that unacceptable due to the fact the appointment was made 1 month in advance for 8am. I truly didn’t expect my problems to be fixed-except the recall-since that was the 1st thing I called about, however a diagnosis would have been helpful. I went to get my vehicle and explained to them how I took the day off of work, made the appt 1 month ago and it was first morning and wanted to know how I was going to be compensated. Maybe be offered a loaner or an employee discount but all I got from Bruce “the manger” was told “look I can’t compensate you so I’m gonna keep it short and sweet there’s nothing I can do” and walked away. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience EVER. Here’s the punch line-I was told by a different ford dealer that the recall parts aren’t even available. So Ray seraphin ford what was my appt even for? A little communication goes along way-a simple phone call after a few hours knowing how far behind they were could have made a world of difference or how about a simple hi when you walk into a business. I will never return to Ray Seraphin. Today I drove out of my way for a different ford dealer and had probably the best experience possible. From the moment I hung up from making the appointment only 2 weeks ago (not 5 like Ray ) I received an appointment coming up text, a reminder text yesterday and a hello when entered into Hoffman this morning. So I guess it is possible to do a diagnosis and a few phone calls in this time 7 hours. And the 4 of the concerns have addressed. Excuse me while I go leave a 5 star review for Hoffman.

Cruise control doesn’t work steeper than normal conditions. Radio changes stations,also goes from Sirius to a m station,also turns off on its own. I am told that everything is fine??

Edit - this car keeps getting worse, the spare tire is destroyed and we’ve never touched it. Don’t buy from them unless you want to be scammed
Bought a used car on Monday, had a HORRIBLE alignment and couldn’t get it done until Friday. Took them three hours to fix, and they claimed it “wasn’t even that bad.” Kept saying it’s almost done as hours went by. Also seemed to use almost a quarter tank of my gas up while “test driving.” Absolutely horrendous service

My service was not october 10 it was a month or so earlier than your email said. Scheduled my 1st oil change on line. Arrived on time oil change took two hours. Was not pleased. Gave the truck a once over when I returned home, one valve stem was missing the cap. Tire pressure was checked by your tech as noted on the invoice. Opened the hood and the rod that holds it up was not fastened in its holder, just laying there free. Not a happy camper.

This last visit to quick lane was just ok. I've been a customer for many years now, purchased 3 automobiles. I can't put my finger on it just yet, but something has changed. I notice previously you no longer get the same detail about your car when you have the works performed as part of an oil change, rotation, brakes etc. Why is that?
The staff is always nice, but its obvious something has changed and not for the better.

I drove in at 4:45 pm on Monday with a problem with my car starting and they found the problem, fixed it and had the car back to me by 5 pm Tuesday. My car is working great!

I find Ray Seraphin Ford a very comfortable place to service my truck. By that I mean I trust them, and I feel a sense of honesty that they have the customers best interest in mind.

The sales and service team made sure my preowned explorer ran like new. I am completely satisfied with the purchase and will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family .
