Terrible experience purchasing a side by side. I live out of state and traveled 1.5 hours to Scranton powersports. Prior to going in person I spoke to Rob a salesman via phone or text. Now Rob was ok to deal with, very professional and down to earth. But he failed to breakdown all pertinent info when it came to the actual purchase. I rec'd a chicken scratch text message with APR rates and monthly payments. I requested a paid in full price, which he gave me. What was not shared with me was a 3% fee for using a credit card. Staff seemed annoyed when I told them I was not financing. I brought the amount that I was told. Josh the manager was not willing to negotiate until I asked for my deposit back. Two weeks prior I was there and gave a down payment. In addition I ordered a windshield and mirrors. Staff told me the windshield and mirrors would be ready the day of delivery. They told me the windshield was ordered and they had the mirrors in stock. I was handed an open box with no mirrors and missing components. Then accused me of taking out the mirrors in the 10 seconds it took me to walk from the front door to my truck. I took it upon myself to call the manufacturer ( SuperATV ) of the windshield direct. I was informed by a representative that Scranton Powersports hadn't placed an order since November 15, 2023. Hmmmmm So I called the dealer, spoke to parts dealer Jose who guaranteed me the order was placed and it will be in next week. Now this is more than 3 weeks after said order was placed. So I asked Jose for the order Number and date order was placed. Jose had nothing to say and said sales would explain. The phone line was then mysteriously disconnected. I called back and asked for Josh the manager who brushed me off stating how busy they were and he would look into it and call me back. I requested to be refunded. I gave 2 hours, no call back. So I called back and he continued to tell me how busy they were and how he had a meeting in 15 minutes. Now this is how you take care of a paying customer? This is how you secure future purchases? This matter wasn't important enough to handle in a timely fashion? Scranton Powersports straight up lied instead of admitting a mistake. That is unacceptable business. I would not recommend anyone to buy, finance or have maintenance done at Scranton Powersports. So thank you for ruining what should have been a wonderful experience for me.

Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz do not waste your time doing business on this place if I could give 0 Star ⭐ I well ...Took my ATV to them for service oil change an ect.... My was a 2023 them 2 week later bummm my engine went bad I call them an they said to bring it back so i did then an they said that everything they did look good that they dont now what happend.... horrible service

I will never ever do business with these guys how u loose a 11 k tv and shrug ur shoulders and say hey but I’ll give u a discount on a new one so let me get this right if I buy a bike there I take it in for repair and it disappears all I get is a 2 k discount yea that’s bugged out

Title: Scranton Powersports “LOST” MY $11,000 ATV AND TRIED TO SELL ME A NEW ONEPost: I purchased an ATV from Scranton Powersports June of last year for $11,000. After some time the clutch began making a weird noise so I call and explain to the employee what I’m hearing, he tells me to bring it in and they will fix it since I have warranty on it. I arrive with my ATV, they take a look at it and tell me I need a new axle and the air filter is dirty. They don’t mention anything about the clutch so I ask about it and they tell me it’s fine. I agree to have them replace the axle and air filter. They keep my ATV for 4 MONTHS. I get a call from one of the employees who told me that my ATV is missing and they apologize but there’s nothing they can do about it. I ask them how could an ATV go missing? They tell me they “leave all of the keys in the ATV’s outside so anyone could steal one of their ATV’s”. What kind of business would leave their inventory that easy for anyone to steal??? He then asks me if I can “file a claim with my home’s insurance” I asked him why would I do that if the ATV wasn’t stolen off of my property but off of their’s. The employee proceeded to try to sell me a new ATV with a discount of $2,000 for the “inconvenience”. I cannot believe that this business is not taking any responsibility for a theft that happened on their property. All I’ve gotten was a “There’s nothing we can do sorry”.I will never be doing business with this place ever again…

Great group of people here. Took a couple days to get a deal made but we did it. They went above and beyond to make it happen. Not once were they annoyed with questions or anything. Not pushy at all.

I will never purchase anything from these guys again… I purchased a brand new 2023 seadoo from Scranton back in June. It was advertised as a base model with no Audio/Speakers and I negotiated getting a free winterization service, before I sealed the deal with them I found the same exact seadoo at another dealership that had the Audio/Speakers for substantially less and I negotiated them to throw in a $450 rear seat. I call Scranton back to tell them I found a better deal elsewhere, well they counter offered and said they will throw in the audio package with a free winterization service, so I went with Scranton for my final purchase. Fast forward to late October, I called to get my free winterization service done and they said I don’t have a free winterization service. I spoke to the GM and was told that when the deal was was made they were adding the Audio/speakers INSTEAD of giving me the free winterization service even tho that’s not what we agreed upon at the time and because there was nothing in writing stating they owed me a free winterization service they kept denying that it was part of the deal and there was nothing they can do for me. So basically I spent more money and got less... I would have been better off going with the other dealer… It goes to show they will say whatever it takes to make a sale and they do not care about their customers.. I highly suggest purchasing your toys elsewhere..

Went in to buy two snowmobiles and the sales rep totally disrespected me. I would take your business someplace else. If their sales team is lousy, their service department probably really sucks to. Hopefully the owner gets this and can make changes immediately. Oh… I only went back to them because I had a great experience buying a jet ski with them…. To think this is how they treat repeat customers

Sales team very dishonest, they'll lie to your face about made up fees and say they're "giving you a discount" when in fact they're charging over what is standard. Sales team member using higher pricing from the Canadian website for accessories and negotiating unit price...when you question it they'll get nasty and imply you're an idiot. Discount listed on their website for units, then added back on at the back in "higher freight charges for this year" which happens to be the same amount as the advertised discount. Sales manager won't do anything about it. Stay away...or be very prepared and know exactly what you should be paying, because they'll 100% try to rip you off...very deceitful business practices.

Well I purchased a 2022 razor 1000 premium march of 2022 for 27000.00 only to be insulted by Josh who offered me 14000.00 to trade it in for a 2023 4 seater. The sales department is awful. The service department is great. Chris in service is great. I walked away shaking my head. Josh in sales is insulting at best. Don't buy from them.

I wanted to buy a bike for my son (Suron) the salesperson that replied to me on facebook was very rude. On top of it they said that they bike could not be ridden to understand if it was safe for my son. I will take my business somewhere else instead of dealing with this rude and unhelpful salesperson
